Making a biological diagrams
• Use a sharp HB pencil. Never draw in pen.• Draw large diagrams, occupying about 2/3 of
an A4 paper.• Draw with smooth lines. Keep all parts in
proportion.• Do not shade your diagram.• Draw ‘freehand’, do not use a ruler or
compass.• Label different parts of a diagram.• Give each diagram a title (and the power of
magnification)

Make a labelled drawing of one Amoeba. Give an appropriate title to your drawing.
