Next, we played a ring toss

game. I threw a ring around a

won a prize. It was a toy bear.

It is a wish, a desire for something

to happen. In the Bible, “hope”

has a specific meaning. It is a

promise that something will happen

in the future.

Christians are promised that

Jesus Christ will return. We have

the “hope” of his return. This hope

gives us strength to keep going

in this life when times are hard.
