Community Stuf created this unique book to be given out free to Foodbank Clients to help them move on from being reliant on the foodbank. It includes not only what to do with the food in their 3 -day emergency box, but also a six- week empty cupboard plan with costed shopping lists for 3 meals a day and easy to follow recipes, to help clients restock their cupboards afer tmes of crisis. We are going to have a special print run of books just for Big Local areas for you to be able to distribute copies of it to your local foodbank.
