Best Practices ShowcaseCelebrating Success in Student Services

Join colleagues from around the region at this daylong student services conference. The conference will showcase “best practices” programs, examine future trends, and explore ways to improve student services through innovation and technology.

Call for ProposalsThe Conference Program Committee welcomes your submissions (100 words or less). Selection criteria include: 1) Relevance and importance of the presentation to student services and institutional management; 2) Originality of the program, concept, or application, or uniqueness of the perspective; 3) Clarity of the title, description, and presentation plan; and 4) Number of proposals from your institution.

FormatConcurrent education sessions are designed to last 50 minutes each. Session proposals may include: Single Presentations – one or two speakers reporting on a specific program or innovation; Panels - two or more speakers reporting on different programs or innovations; and, Roundtables - issue-oriented discussions around a specific topic.

Registration InformationPresenters are expected to register for the conference. The cost of the conference is $40.00. The registration fee includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and conference materials. Registration forms and conference information will be mailed in September.
