Chairman’s Communique for Feb. 2014 Dear Members and Students, I like to start my this month communication with a great thought – “Risk is My Life, Possible is My Hope, Impossible is My Enemy, Dangerous is My Game Come with me Because…… My name is “SUCCESS” Follow Me On behalf of Managing Committee of Pimpri Chinchwad Branch I whole heartedly thank all the well wishers of the Branch for showing their involvement in the various activities of the branch. Branch Activities In Current Month we have arranged a full day seminar on LBT Return, Assessment and on Service Tax Negative List with the recent changes in Service Tax attended by Shri Rajeevji Jadhav, Commissioner PCMC and Dr. Yashwantji Mane and which was a interactive seminar guided by CA Anil Shah from jalgaon and CA Brijesh Verma from Agra. Chartered Accountant Benevolent Fund (CABF) We were given to understand at the orientation program in Mumbai that many members have not yet enrolled as life members of CABF in this noble cause of supporting the family of the member in case of his demise or on member being incapacitated. ICAI through CABF extends financial support depending on the needs of the family member of the departed member. We request all the members who had not enrolled to this noble cause to do so immediately. All Such forms are part of the communication received from the ICAI, New Delhi for renewal of the membership. Today as a Chairman of the Branch this will be my last seminar and I am happy to announce that in this

term branch has grabbed the opportunity of becoming a best branch under medium level category at all India Level. Also the Branch is awaiting the same award of best branch under on state level (WIRC) This was possible through the unity of this branch and team performance it has shown in the last one year and also on behalf of branch I promise that every attempt will be made to continue the same in future. In Last one year we have conducted more than 60 activities and generated around 20000 cpe hours for the members.

FEBRUARY - 2014 This is the brief of various activities conducted by the branch in last one year Two Day National Conference on Real Estate Industry “ TAX MANTHAN” where around 900 members attended. Various Seminars on Tax Audit, Vat, Service Tax, VCES, Vat On Contractors, LBT, Budget, Company Law, Subsidy, MSMED Act Workshop on TDS and EXCEL under Information Technology Various Programs on the above Subjects for Students AS CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Activity: Voters Registration, Swami Vivekananda Film for Students, Tree Plantation, Blood Donation Camp, Distribution of Sweets / Donation to Needy Institution/ Kids Sports Activity for Students and Members Get-together of Members, family Members and Students. I am also happy to announce that pimpri chinchwad branch will have its own building premises by June 2014 in bhakti shakti, nigdi area already third slab of it has been casted.
