Elise Bloom, Partner, Proskauer Rose

Elise M. Bloom is a member of Proskauer’sExecutive Committee, co-head of theClass/Collective Actions Group and former co-chair of the Labor & Employment LawDepartment. As in-house employmentcounsel, Ms. Politis is responsible foremployment counseling, litigation management,management training and corporatecompliance initiatives. Amy B. Littman is a Deputy General Counseland Managing Director in the Bank of AmericaLegal Department. 2005 as an Associate General Counsel supportingits United States and Latin American banking andmarkets businesses on employment matters. Thebusiness lines Amy supported expanded over time

Laura Cooper, Partner, Fasken Martineau

Laura Cooper is Chair of Fasken Martineau'sOntario Litigation Department. As Chair, sheleads the litigation groups in Toronto and Ottawaand liaises with the Chairs of Fasken’s litigationgroups throughout Canada, England, Franceand South Africa. Laura is also Co-Chair of thefirm’s Ontario Class Actions Practice Group andChair of the Ontario Pro Bono Committee of thefirm. Laura acts regularly for internationallyknown corporations in the defence of significantclass actions in areas including securities,antitrust/competition, product liability, and

Margaret Dale, Partner, Proskauer Rose

Margaret Dale is a Partner in Proskauer’sLitigation Department. Her practice focuses oncomplex commercial litigation, including classaction defense, as well as intellectual property,privacy and data security, corporate governancelitigation, securities litigation, and regulatory andinternal investigations. She also represents andcounsels clients in art law matters. In addition,Margaret is the head of the firm's eDiscoveryPractice Group. Jessica Budoff is an Executive Director in theGlobal Financial Crimes Legal Advisory Groupat Morgan Stanley. She principally handles anti-corruption matters, including investigations, duediligence, and advising on compliance policiesand procedures. She also helps coordinate theFranchise Risk Committee, which reviewsmatters that may pose a reputational risk to theFirm. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jessicawas counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer andFeld, where she handled a variety of white collar,securities and bankruptcy litigation matters.

Matthew Queler, Assistant Chief in the Fraud Section,DOJ

Matthew Queler is an Assistant Chief in the FraudSection of the Department of Justice’s CriminalDivision. He is a supervisor in the FraudSection’s FCPA Unit, having re-joined theDepartment in August 2012. There hesupervises and handles some of theDepartment’s most complex FCPAinvestigations. Prior to that, Matthew was aPartner at Proskauer Rose, where, as part of theCorporate Defense & Investigations Group, hispractice focused on corporate internalinvestigations, white collar criminal defense, SEC

enforcement actions, and FCPA compliance and investigations. Before joining Proskauer, Matthew served from 1998 to 2003 as an

Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey, where he successfullyprosecuted numerous cases involving federal criminal violations. As afederal prosecutor, Matthew also was an inaugural member of New Jersey’sAnti-Terrorism Task Force. Prior to that, Matthew clerked for the HonorableWilliam G. Bassler (retired), U.S. District Judge, District of New Jersey.Matthew graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from YaleUniversity, and cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Sigal Mandelker, Partner, Proskauer Rose

Sigal P. Mandelker is a member of Proskauer’sWhite Collar Defense & Investigations Group.Sigal offers a nuanced understanding ofdomestic and international enforcement matters,crisis management, appellate litigation andregulatory matters. Sigal represents individualand corporate clients in connection withgovernment investigations and prosecutions,including white collar criminal defense, the FalseClaims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act(FCPA), anti-money laundering matters,Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

enforcement matters, securities litigation, internal investigations, publiccorruption issues and cyber security matters. Before joining Proskauer, Sigalserved in a number of high-ranking positions at the Department of Justiceand the Department of Homeland Security. Fiona Philip, Partner, Sidley Austin

Fiona Philip, partner in Sidley’s Securities &Derivatives Enforcement and Regulatorypractice group resident in the Washington, D.C.office, represents multi-national corporations,officers and directors, and other individuals in arange of government and regulatoryinvestigations. Fiona also conducts internalinvestigations involving the Foreign CorruptPractices Act (FCPA), insider trading, accountingand internal controls irregularities, disclosurefraud, and corporate governance issues. Shealso provides compliance counseling to

corporations designed to help prevent the need for such investigations.Fiona received her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. fromGeorgetown University Law Center.

Lisandra Wilmott, Assistant General Counsel,JPMorgan Chase

Lisandra Wilmott is an Assistant GeneralCounsel for the Consumer & CommunityBanking Division at JPMorgan Chase, whichincludes JPMorgan Chase’s Private WealthManagement, Card and Merchant Services,Auto Finance, Consumer Banking, BusinessBanking, and Mortgage Banking businesses. Lisandra joined JPMorgan Chase from

Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft LLP, whereshe served as an attorney handling one of thefirm’s largest mortgage backed securitiesdefault cases against the home lending division

of General Motors.Prior to that, she served as an associate at a small boutique Washington

D.C. based law firm where she represented developers in complexcommercial litigation matters.Lisandra spent the first 2 years of her career in government, clerking at

the United States Department of Justice, in their Transnational CrimesDivision where she helped in the prosecution of human trafficking and armsand narcotics smuggling cases. Prior to this she clerked for the DeputyChief Administrative Law Judge at the Federal Energy RegulatoryCommission, where she aided in the investigation of the Enron energyscandal. Lisandra currently serves as the head of the Chase Honors Mentor

Yvonne Cristovici, Assistant General Counsel, Pfizer

Yvonne M. Cristovici is Assistant GeneralCounsel in the Government Investigations groupat Pfizer Inc. She is responsible for managinggovernment litigation and investigations of thecompany’s operations around the world, as wellas associated litigation involving governmentregulators and private plaintiffs. Prior to joiningPfizer, Ms. Cristovici was a partner in GoodwinProcter’s White Collar Crime & GovernmentInvestigations Practice, representing individualsand corporations in connection with U.S.Attorney’s Office, Securities and Exchange

Commission and other government investigations, internal corporateinvestigations and complex business and securities litigation. Ana Vermal, Partner, Proskauer Rose

Ana Vermal is a partner in Proskauer’s LitigationDepartment and a member of the firm’sInternational Arbitration, Latin America andPrivate Investment Funds Dispute PracticeGroups. She is primarily based in the firm’s Parisoffice and also regularly works out ofthe New York office. She focuses on complexinternational arbitration and litigationproceedings involving joint ventures,acquisitions, construction projects, licensingagreements and distribution relationships, aswell as a variety of other international commercial

agreements. Louise Barrington, chartered arbitrator, advocate &mediator, Aculex Transnational

For 30 years Louise has been involved ininternational commercial dispute resolution, firstwith the ICC in Paris and in Hong Kong, then asa professor of law in Hong Kong and London,and as an advocate and arbitrator. Shepracticed law in Canada, then obtained an LLMin Paris and qualified in New York and England.She is an accredited mediator, experiencedteacher and assessor in dispute resolution. Shedivides her time among Hong Kong, Paris andToronto, resolving disputes involving sales,insurance, tort and construction.

While primarily acting as a neutral, Louise continues her teaching work asauthor, mentor, thesis supervisor and professional trainer, designing anddelivering courses for institutions and schools around the world. She is chief editor of The Danubia Files, a practitioner’s and teaching text,released in March 2013, and is best known as the founder and director ofthe Vis East Arbitration Moot and of ArbitralWomen.

Helen Maher is a partner in Boies, Schiller &Flexner’s Armonk office. She has tried, argued,and litigated cases in federal and state courtsthroughout the United States, and has beeninvolved in numerous forms of alternativedispute resolution. Ms. Maher has extensiveexperience handling complex antitrust,intellectual property, commercial, and other legaldisputes, for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Sheila Murphy, SVP & Assistant General Counsel,MetLife

Sheila M. Murphy is Senior Vice President andAssociate General Counsel at MetLife. Sheleads the Distribution and Products Unit whereshe provides strategic and advice to the RetailGroup of the Americas. Sheila’s focus is onprotecting business interests related to the sale,suitability or performance of life insuranceproducts, annuities and investments. She alsodefends the Company in product design SEC,FINRA and state regulatory matters. MetLife continually avails itself of Sheila’s

strong leadership ability. At the request ofMetLife’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Sheila serves on the AdvisoryBoard to MetLife’s Women’s Business Network and served on the USDiversity Task Force. She is responsible for talent development for theLitigation Section. Sheila is co-Chair of the Legal Affair’s Academy andpreviously chaired its Leadership and Management Committee. Sheila also acts as a mentor in both the Legal Affairs’ and Women’sBusiness Network Mentoring Programs. Courtney E. Ozer is Senior Counsel – Litigationat Unilever United States, Inc. Prior to joiningUnilever, Ms. Ozer was in private practice for adecade with Kasowitz, Benson, Torres &Friedman LLP and subsequently Levine Lee LLP,both in New York City, where she worked on awide range of complex civil matters and whitecollar/regulatory investigations. At Unilever, Ms.Ozer is responsible for U.S. litigation and pre-litigation disputes covering many substantiveareas, including commercial litigation, consumerclass actions, false advertising claims,

employment litigation, trademark disputes, products liability cases, andpersonal injury actions. She provides regular and decisive guidance to thebusiness – including marketing, sales, human resources, and consumerservices – on effective strategies to avoid litigation and accomplish businessgoals. She is responsible for providing legal advice to Unilever’s foodservices unit and regularly participates in the division’s senior leadershipmeetings.
