Beef, Fish and Zucchini Slices Pan-fried with Egg

1-2 zucchini, thinly sliced

8 oz (2! g" #eef tenderloin or stri$loin, thinly sliced

8 oz (2! g" white fish fillet, thinly sliced

1 teas$oon salt

1 teas$oon ground white $e$$er 3

4 cu$ (11! g" flour

2 eggs, lightly #eaten
