HAPPY FALL!

The kids are back at school and before you know it, the leaves

will change colors providing an awe-inspiring feast for everyone.

It is a beautiful time of year for a walk through the parks and

playgrounds to embrace all that Autumn has to offer.

After an action-packed summer, the park district comes alive in

September with the return of after-school programs and Movie

in the Park. The fun continues through the Fall/Holiday season,

culminating with our Grand Finale – the Luminaria Lighting

on Christmas Eve. With that said, on behalf of the Board of

Commissioners and Staff of the Bedford Park District, we proudly

present the Fall/Holiday program book for 2017. It is packed

with great opportunities for fun and recreation to satisfy all

ages. We look forward to seeing you at some of the community

favorite events including the Halloween Bash and Turkey Bingo!

Most importantly, as promised, sleigh rides will return this

holiday season at our Merry Grinchmas Event that takes place on

December 7th in the Community Building.

Additionally, we are very excited about several programs new

to the park district this year including Fantasy Football, Batfest,

Cardmaking, and GIRL POWER 101. Please take some time to

review the programs and register for those that are of interest to

you and your family.

Finally, we thank you for your continued support. We encourage

your input and ideas for improving the facilities and enhancing

the programs offered by the Bedford Park District.

HAPPY FALL!

The kids are back at school and before you know it, the leaves

will change colors providing an awe-inspiring feast for everyone.

It is a beautiful time of year for a walk through the parks and

After an action-packed summer, the park district comes alive in
