What is culture?
It’s how we work together.

“Every team across Microsoft must find ways to simplify and move faster, more efficiently,” he writes. “Culture change means we will do things differently. Often people think that means everyone other than them. In reality, it means all of us taking a new approach and working together to make Microsoft better.”
…but perhaps there is another way.
For lasting change, we need viral change.
Who are they? Agents of change.
I call those who can infect an organization with viral change…
catalysts.
Shapers of positive experiences.
Breath of fresh air.
An accelerant.

Renewal is possible.
What attitude do they bring?
Willingness to serve.
Builder of confidence.
Connector of people.
Constant collaboration.
Keeper of cadence.
Continuous learning.
Energetic encourager.
What characteristics do they foster and develop?
Neutral facilitator.
Intense observation.
Relationship builder.
Process conscience.
Knowledgeable teacher.
Consistent coaching.
Willing servant.
Introduce Yourself and Be Visible

Observe Interactions
