Spa terms and other information

CANCELLATION POLICYAs a courtesy to other Spa guests and our therapists, please advise cancellation 24 hours prior to booked treatment time to avoid a 100% charge. A credit card number, advanced payment, or gift certificate number is required at the time of the booking. For spa days or bookings for 2 guests or more, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Spa Days, groups and bridal parties will require a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking. We do not provide refunds for cancelled or missed appointments. Cancellations must be advised in writing.

SPA ETIQUETTEOur spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, Blackberry, pager, camera and smoke free zone.

HEALTH CONDITIONSKindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation. Some treatments are restricted for pregnant woman, please discuss prior to booking treatment.

CHILDREN’S POLICYWe are delighted to offer treatments for children under 16 years old however they must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration . Accompanying adult to complete a consent form. Please contact the reservations team for details on treatments available for our young guests.

VALUABLESBarony Castle LLP accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises.

LOST PROPERTYAll lost property found on the premises should be handed in at hotel reception. Items will be stored for three months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, under garments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only.

PRICESAll prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.

ROBE HIRERobes and slippers are available for hire at an additional cost for those who have not booked a Spa Day. Please enquire at time of booking or at Reception for prices.

SPA DAY WELCOME PACKIncludes; Bathrobe, bath sheet & towel, slippers and a toiletry bag which includes, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body & hand lotion, shower cap and soap.

GYMA state-of-the-art gym equipped with the Technogym™ cardio vascular and strength machines and free weights area. The Gym is available to hotel guests and members.

POOLThe 10 metre pool is available to hotel guests and members only.
