Beautiful temples in Shimla
Maa Hateshwari TempleHatkoti temple is located at Jubble 100km from Shimla. It is built in 6th
and 9th century. It dedicated to Goddess Durga and Lord Shiva.
JWALA TEMPLEThis temple is built by Raja Bhumi Chand Katoch and it is located at
distance of 34 km in south of kangra in himachal Pradesh.
MAA SHIKARIThis temple is located at Janjheli and Karsog in the town of Mandi
himachal Pradesh. it is built by Pandavas in 700 years old.
Maa HadimbaHadimba temple is located 3km above Manali bazaar in jungle. It is
built by Rular of kullu Bahadur singh in 1553.
BHIMA KALI IN MANDI
The Bhima kali mata temple of mandi is dedicaed to goddess kali, it is on the bank of beas river . The kali puja is very grandly celrbrated herw and thousnnds of devatees gather in
the temple.
Maa HatuThis Temple is situated at the Hatu, top of the hill, is one of the main temples in Narkanda region of Shimla. It is located on one of the highest peak in this region. This temple was under
construction during Oct-2011. But now it is completed and gives a beautiful look.
MAA TARAThis temple dedicated to Goddess Tara. Many people came there and pray Goddess Tara for their wishes. It is located in a very good location. This famous temple situated at a distance of 12 kilometers form Shimla. It is located at the top of the hill.
Baijnath It is located at in Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh and is dedicated
to Lord Shiva.
MAA CHINTPURNIChintpurni temple is dedicated to mata chintpurni devi also know as mata shri chhinnamastika Devi the famous fairs celebrated in the temple are the nevaratra in July , ashwin fair in October and chaitro fair in march –April.
Maa KamakshaKamaksha devi temple is situated at kao village is dedicated to Kamaksha devi , an
incarnation of Goddess Durga.
