This document is the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for Beam. Beam is issued by Precision Administration Services Pty Ltd (Precision), (ABN 47098 977 667, AFSL No. 246 604). Precision is wholly owned by Sunsuper Pty Ltd (ABN 88 010 720 840, AFSL No. 228 975) (via its custodian) as Trusteefor the Sunsuper Superannuation Fund (ABN 98 503 137 921) (‘Sunsuper’). Key Risks of BeamThere are some risks you need to keep in mind when paying viaBeam, which include those relating to:

paying contributions on time,correctness of information,unauthorised access,interruption to technology, andother risks.

Fees and CostsWe do not charge you any fees or costs for the use of Beam. Wemay charge your payroll software provider a fee, which they maypass on to you. Your financial institution may charge you a fee inconnection with the electronic payments made when you use Beam.

You are responsible for any fees which you may be charged byyour payroll software provider or financial institution.

Precision holds a bank account for the purpose of Beam and mayreceive interest on money paid to it via Beam.

How Beam worksBeam super payments is an integrated module within your payrollsoftware. When you’re ready to make a payment to your employees’nominated superannuation fund(s), simply process through yourpayroll software.

For more information about how to pay super through your payrollsoftware, please refer to your payroll software provider.

Who can use Beam?Beam is available to employers who are connected with our payrollpartners.

Once Beam is available via your payroll software provider you cansign up and use Beam through your payroll software.

Payment optionsYou will need to select one of the following payment options whenyou sign up for Beam. You can change your payment option throughyour payroll software at any time.

Refer to Additional informationon page 8 for further informationon the payment options.

Direct debitBeam will automatically debit the amount owing from your bankaccount after you have submitted your contribution in your payrollsoftware.

BPAY®You can pay your contributions via BPAY® through your financialinstitution, using the BPAY® biller code and customer referencenumber provided in your payroll software after you have submittedyour contribution. The customer reference number is unique toeach contribution you submit. You must use the reference numberprovided and send your BPAY® payment the same day assubmitting the contributions in your payroll software. Failing tosend payment the same day as submitting contributions will resultin delays in the nominated superannuation fund(s) receiving thecontributions and could result in you failing to meet your employersuperannuation obligations. If you’re not currently using BPAY® inyour business, please check with your financial institution to seeif this facility is available to you.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)You can pay your contributions via EFT through your financialinstitution, using the account details and payment referencenumber provided in your payroll software after you have submittedyour contribution. You must use the payment details provided andsend your payment the same day as submitting the contributionsin your payroll software once you’ve submitted your contributiondata. Failing to send payment the same day as submittingcontributions will result in delays in the nominated superannuationfund(s) receiving the contributions and could result in you failingto meet your employer superannuation obligations.

Making contributionswith BeamOnce the correct payment and data is received, Beam matches thepayment to the contributions submitted in your payroll softwareand pays the contribution amounts to the nominated fund(s). Thestatus of your contributions, and any responses fromsuperannuation funds about your contributions, are provided inyour payroll software.

Making contributions on timeIt’s important to be aware that it can take up to five business daysfor your payment to be received by the nominated fund(s) once wereceive the correct data and payment.

You must allow sufficient time for your contributions to be receivedby the nominated fund(s).

Key risks of BeamWhen paying your employee superannuationcontributions, your employer obligations are satisfiedwhen the contribution has been received by theemployee’s nominated superannuation fund, not bymaking a payment to Beam. You must allow

Beam uses the information you provide to distributecontributions to your employees’ superannuationfund(s). You are responsible for ensuring thatinformation you provide is accurate and complete,and that your payment matches your contribution

data. Errors, delays and/or rejections may occur ifthe information you provide is not accurate or yourpayment does not match your contribution data. Thismay affect when the employee contribution isreceived by the nominated fund and could result inyou failing to meet their employer superannuationobligations.

Unauthorised persons could access your accountunless appropriate precautions are taken. You mustensure your password and username are keptsecure and not disclosed to unauthorised persons,and that you do not allow unauthorised persons to

access information or effect transactions relatingto your account. If you become aware ofunauthorised transactions or believe your accessdetails may be compromised, you must contact yourpayroll provider immediately.

There may be periods when Beam is unavailable,for example due to system maintenance andemergency outages.The access of Beam via yourpayroll software and access to banking platformsalso relies on the functionality of third party systems

Interruptionoftechnology

and access to the internet, interruption of any ofthese services may affect your ability to use Beamand/or delay or prevent payments from beingprocessed by Beam.

There are other risks associated with using payrollsoftware that aren’t specific to Beam and you shoulddiscuss with your payroll software provider aboutthe risks specific to their software. You should alsobe aware that if you change your payroll softwareprovider your new payroll software provider maynot include functionality for using Beam.

Fees and costsWe do not charge fees to employers. Your financial institution maycharge fees in connection with the electronic payments made forthe purpose of this service. You are responsible for any fee whichmay be charged by your financial institution.

Precision holds a bank account for the purpose of Beam and mayreceive interest on money paid to it via Beam.

Precision may charge fees to your payroll provider for your use ofBeam, under an arrangement between Precision and the payrollsoftware provider.

The fees charged by your payroll software provider for payrollservices (including use of Beam) will be as agreed between youand them.

Getting startedBeam is a fully integrated clearing house solution available withinyour payroll software. To get started, simply sign up to Beam bycompleting the online application form. The form can be accessedthrough your payroll software - choose the Beam option and followthe prompts to complete the form. Once you’ve signed up, Beambecomes part of your standard payroll and superannuation process.

If your bookkeeper will be using the payroll software, you will needto authorise them to access and use Beam on your behalf andprovide them with your login details. Bookkeepers can sign up toBeam on behalf of their employer clients, if the client authorisesthem to do so.

Additional information

PrivacyWe will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard theconfidential information concerning your account with us, whichwe receive from you electronically via your payroll softwareprovider.

From time to time we will use de-identified information collectedthrough the system to perform analysis of the online system andto collate data for research and marketing purposes. All personalinformation will be treated in line with our Privacy Policy availableat www.beamconnect.com.au/precisionprivacy.

Precision has a process for handling complaints, and we normallyaim to respond to all complaints within two business days. If youare not happy with our response, you can lodge a complaint withthe Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). This is anindependent body set up to help resolve disputes between financialinstitutions and their customers.

You can also choose to take your complaint directly to AFCA.

In some circumstances, AFCA may refer your complaint back toPrecision.

Payment terms and conditionsPlease read the below payment option terms carefully. You willnot satisfy your employer superannuation obligations upon makingpayment to Beam. You must allow sufficient time for thecontribution to be received by the nominated fund. Incorrectinformation or payments received by us could result in you failingto meet your employer superannuation obligations.

Direct debitIf your selected payment option is direct debit, you agree:

your use of direct debit is governed by the terms andconditions set out in this PDS, including terms and conditionscontained in the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement,you authorise Precision, issuer of Beam, to debit contributionamounts from your nominated bank account. The debit willdisplay as “Precision CH” and include the payment referencenumber in your transaction statement,if you submit your contribution before 3.30pm AEST on abusiness day, we will debit the contribution amount from yournominated account on that day,if you submit your contribution on or after 3.30pm AEST ona business day, or on a non-business day, we will debit thecontribution amount from your nominated account on thenext business day,you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are availablein your nominated account to process your contribution,you are responsible for advising us of any changes to yournominated account, including changes to the authorised

person, and we have no obligation to verify your authority toprovide instructions for your nominated account, andfunds debited from the nominated account(s) will be sent tothe nominated superannuation fund(s) within five businessdays, which includes the time it will take for the funds toclear. Delays may occur in the processing of direct debits forreasons outside Precision's reasonable control (for example,delays in processing by the relevant financial institutions).

BPAY®If your selected payment option is BPAY®, you agree:

to make payment via your own financial institution on thesame day as submitting your contribution,to pay Beam using the BPAY® Biller Code, customer referencenumber and amount supplied. Failure to use the detailssupplied may mean your contribution is unable to beprocessed,the customer reference number is unique to each contributionyou submit,contributions cannot be paid by BPAY® from a credit cardaccount, andfunds paid by BPAY® will be sent to your nominatedsuperannuation fund(s) within three business days of usreceiving both your contribution details and correct payment.

EFTIf your selected payment option is EFT, you agree:

to make payment via your own financial institution on thesame day as submitting your contribution,to pay Beam using the account details, payment referencenumber and amount supplied. Failure to use the detailssupplied may mean your contribution is unable to beprocessed,the payment reference number is unique to each contributionyou submit, andfunds paid by EFT will be sent to your nominatedsuperannuation fund(s) within three business days of usreceiving both your contribution details and correct payment.

Other terms and conditionsThese terms and conditions apply to Beam and your use of Beamto submit employee superannuation contribution data andpayments. All the other terms and conditions that apply to yourrelationship with your payroll software provider still apply,including any general terms and conditions that relate to your useof your payroll software.

These terms and conditions apply to each use of Beam. By usingBeam you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agreeto these terms and conditions, you cannot use Beam.

Meaning of termsIn these terms and conditions:

“AEST” means Australian Eastern Standard Time, not adjustedfor daylight saving."ATO" means Australian Taxation Office.

“business day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sundayor Australian public holiday and on which financial institutionsare able to effect settlement of payment transactions.

“contribution” means each employee superannuationcontribution you make (or provide us with instructions tomake) to a nominated fund via Beam.“customer reference number” means a uniqueBPAY® reference number which identifies payments uniquelyand allows correlation between contribution data and thepayment associated to it. ®Registered to BPAY Pty LimitedABN 69 079 137 518.“default superannuation fund” means the fund you havenominated to pay contributions to in the event that youremployee does not choose their own fund.“electronic bank details” means the account name, BSB andaccount number of your nominated account.“employer client” means a client who has entered into anarrangement with you, for you to manage their payroll(including superannuation obligations)."employee" means your employee or an employee of anemployer client.“nominated account” means the account held at your financialinstitution to which we are authorised to return payments,or where applicable, are authorised to arrange for funds tobe debited for the purpose of making contributions.“nominated fund” means a regulated superannuation fund,including self-managed superannuation fund,you’ve nominated to receive employee superannuationcontributions via Beam.“non-business day” means any day other than a businessday.“payment reference number” means a unique referencenumber which identifies payments uniquely and allowscorrelation between contribution data and the paymentassociated with it.“PDS” means this Product Disclosure Statement.“Personal Information” has the meaning given in the PrivacyLaw.“Privacy Law” means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) includingschedules.“Beam” means the employee superannuation contributionpayment clearing service as described in this PDS.“we”, “us” or “our” means Precision Administration ServicesPty Ltd ABN 47 098 977 667, AFSL No. 246 604.“you” and “your” means an applicant for, or participant in,Beam and includes any third party authorised by you to useBeam.

Application and contractTo use Beam:

a) you must complete our online application form, available viayour payroll software; and

b) you must provide electronic bank details for the purpose ofrefunding contributions that cannot be sent to or received bya nominated fund.

These terms and conditions are a contract between Precision andan employer that applies for and is granted access to Beam. Youwill be deemed to have entered into this contract once you haveaccess to Beam after submitting your application.

Use of BeamBeam is a non-cash payment facility made up of a payment serviceand other services. You can use Beam to make payment ofemployee superannuation contributions to nominated funds subjectto the terms of this PDS.

Suspension, cancellation ortermination of BeamYou may cancel your ability to use Beam at any time by notifyingyour payroll software provider. Instructions received by Beam priorto cancellation will be processed.

We may:

suspend your access to Beam without notice to you if at anytime we consider it necessary for security reasons and/or toconduct investigations or if you are in default of yourobligations under these terms and conditions,cancel your ability to use Beam without notice at any time ifwe reasonably suspect you or someone else is committingfraud in respect of use of the service,terminate your access to Beam by giving written notice toyou at the email address we hold in our records for you, orcancel your ability to use Beam via your payroll software, ifthe agreement between your payroll provider and Beamceases.

Information you give usYou agree to provide contribution information via your payrollsoftware. By providing the contribution information to us youinstruct us to process the contributions through Beam for paymentto the nominated funds. You are responsible for the accuracy ofthe information you provide.

For Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) regulatedsuperannuation funds, we will use the information you provide(Unique Superannuation Identifier (USI), Fund ABN and fund name)to identify (and validate) the nominated fund using the ATO FundValidation Service (FVS). We will use information from the FVS tosend your contribution, including payment, to your nominated fund.

For self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), we will use theinformation you provide in your payroll software to process yourcontribution, including payment, and it is your responsibility toensure the validity of the details you provide, including theelectronic service address (ESA), account details and email, andto ensure the validity of the SMSF to receive your employeesuperannuation contributions.

We are not liable for, and you agree to indemnify us against, anylosses or liabilities arising from any action we undertake as a resultof your instructions.

We may not act on your instructions if:

they are incomplete or incorrect,we reasonably suspect they are not genuine,you are, or we reasonably suspect you are, in breach of theseterms and conditions, oryour access to Beam is suspended, cancelled or terminated.

We will notify you via your payroll software provider within threebusiness days where we do not act on your instruction. We are notliable for, and you agree to indemnify us against, any losses orliabilities arising from the circumstances above where we do notact on your instruction.

ErrorsIf a contribution submitted by you contains errors, includingpayment errors, which prevent Beam from processing yourcontribution we will notify you via your payroll software providerwithin five business days. You agree to correct the contribution,including payment where applicable, and acknowledge we are notliable for any delays that may occur as a result of these errors. Ifthe errors are not corrected within five business days of us givingyou notice of the errors, you agree Beam has no obligation toprocess your contribution, and any payment received in respect

of the contribution will be returned to your nominated account.You recognise these errors may apply to a part of, or the whole of,your contribution.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the informationwe make available to you through Beam is correct and updated asper your instructions. You must contact your payroll provider assoon as possible if you think:

there has been a mistake in a transaction made throughBeam, orinformation provided through Beam is incomplete or incorrect.

Cancellation of submittedcontributionsOnce you submit contribution instructions, they cannot generallybe amended or cancelled. You cannot “stop payment” after ourpayment to the nominated superannuation fund(s) have beencompleted. You may be able to stop payment prior to our paymentto the nominated superannuation fund(s). Please refer to yourpayroll software provider for information on how to cancel asubmitted contribution.

AccessAccess to Beam is provided through your payroll software and isonly granted as set out in these terms and conditions. You:

warrant and represent to us that you have authority to createpayment instructions and/or effect a transaction on youraccount in accordance with your instructions,authorise us, where the correct username and passwordrelating to your payroll software have been entered, to treatany operations on your account, whether involving access toinformation or the effecting of transactions, as having beenpersonally authorised in writing by you and to act upon theseinstructions,acknowledge that if you permit someone else to use Beamyou will be responsible for any transactions initiated by thatperson,acknowledge that we are under no duty whatsoever to enquireor establish whether a person accessing your account usingthe correct username and password is a person actuallyauthorised,understand that no electronic data transmission can beguaranteed as totally secure and that, while we will take allreasonable measures to protect, the security of suchinformation, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of anyinformation you transmit to us, andagree that Beam cannot be used for, and a payment may notbe processed for, any illegal transactions.

If you suspect that your password and username may have becomeknown to any unauthorised person, or that for any other reasonan authorised person may have been in a position to access youraccount, you must ensure that:

your password is changed, andyou inform your payroll provider immediately.

AvailabilityWe will use reasonable efforts to ensure that Beam is available atall times, except during system maintenance and emergencyoutages. You acknowledge and agree Beam relies on thefunctionality of payroll software and other systems, including thoseof financial institutions, and the service may not be able to beperformed if an outage occurs on payroll software or othersystems.

You are responsible for establishing a connection to the internetand maintaining your own anti-virus, firewalls and other securitymeasures to protect your information and systems. We are notliable to you for or in connection with:

the unavailability of a service to you in whole or in partbecause of the failure of any communication network,ancillary equipment or any circumstance beyond ourreasonable control, ordelays or errors in the execution of any transaction orinstruction because of a communication network, ancillaryequipment or any circumstance beyond our reasonablecontrol.

Timing of contributionsThe time to process your contributions is determined by when yousubmit your contribution and the payment method you use. Pleaserefer to the Payment terms and conditions on page 8 of this PDS.You acknowledge contributions can only be made via Beam asspecified in this PDS.

Contribution returnsA nominated fund may return the payment we make to it in respectof your contribution instructions. Where a contribution has beenreturned to Beam we will notify you of the return, including thereason for the return, via your payroll software provider and/or anotice displayed in your payroll software. We will refund the amountreturned by your nominated fund(s) within three business days ofus receiving correct refund details and correct payment, to yournominated account with the payment reference number associatedwith that contribution.

NotificationYour use of Beam requires that you disclose Personal Informationto us and third parties. You warrant and represent that individualsto whom the Personal Information relates have been made awareof your disclosure of Personal Information to us, and of any othermatter that you are required to disclose to individuals under PrivacyLaw.

NoticesYou agree that we may give written notice of changes to Beam andother relevant communications to you under or in connection withthese terms and conditions:

for changes to fees and charges and other material changes,via your payroll software provider, andfor all other changes and communications, via your payrollsoftware provider and/or a notice displayed in your payrollsoftware.

You can notify us about anything else related to your use of Beamby contacting your payroll software provider. You must ensure anychange to your nominated account, authorised person(s), and emailaddress used to receive notices and communication are updatedin your payroll software.

VariationWe may vary these terms and conditions by written notice to youbefore a change becomes effective and subject to applicablelegislation, using the methods described in Notices. If you useBeam after notice has been given by any of these methods, youwill be taken to have accepted the variation.

Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF)You agree to provide all information and documents, and that wemay disclose information you provide to us and information aboutyour use of Beam, where required to comply with AML/ CTFlegislation.

You warrant that your use of Beam is in accordance with AML/CTFlegislation, and agree:

we may delay or reject any contribution(s) if we reasonablybelieve that processing of those contributions contravenesAML/CTF legislation, andyou indemnify us against any loss or liability suffered as aresult of action taken or not taken pursuant to this clause.

Representations, warranties,liabilities and indemnities1) You represent and warrant to us:

information you provide to Beam is complete and accurate,or if errors are discovered, you will notify your payrollsoftware provider immediately and provide correctinformation,you are authorised to enter into this agreement, and performall obligations set out in these terms and conditions regardingyour use of Beam, andin performing obligations set out in these terms andconditions, you will comply with all legislation and regulationsapplicable to you.

2) We represent and warrant:

we are licensed to issue and provide Beam services, and willcomply with obligations under this license, applicablelegislation and the terms and conditions set out in this PDS,andsubject to the terms and conditions in this PDS, we will sendcontributions to your nominated fund(s) in respect of yourcontribution instructions only in accordance with theSuperannuation Data and Payment Standard (SuperStream).

3) Where legislation implies any term or condition cannot beexcluded or modified in this agreement, that term is taken to beincluded in this agreement.

4) To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for breachof any of the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law to:

the supplying of the services again, orthe payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

5) We are not liable for any loss or damage, liability or delay yousuffer:

that does not relate to our obligations in respect of Beam,as a result of our reliance on instruction received from aperson we reasonably believe to be acting on your behalf orwith your authority,from any cause we could not reasonably expect, control orprevent, andfrom the interception of data or funds as a result ofunauthorised access to your account or during transmission.

This limitation of liability does not apply to any loss or damagearising as a result of a breach of any of the guarantees under theAustralian Consumer Law to which paragraph (4) applies.

6) To the extent permitted by law, each of you and us, limit ourliability to each other for any loss or damage suffered by the otherin connection with Beam howsoever caused (including by thenegligence of either you or us) to $1,000. This limitation of liabilitydoes not apply to any loss or damage arising as a result of a breachof any of the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law towhich paragraph (4) applies.

7) Subject to paragraph (4), neither you nor us are liable to eachother for any special, consequential or indirect loss or liabilitysuffered in connection with the use of Beam.

8) (Subject to paragraphs (4), (6) and (7), you indemnify us for anyloss or damage we suffer in connection with a claim against us byany other person arising (directly or indirectly) from yournegligence or breach of law, or any breach by you of these termsand conditions or failure to use Beam in accordance with theseterms and conditions.

Direct Debit Request ServiceAgreement

AuthorisationYou request and authorise Precision Administration Services PtyLtd ABN 47 098 977 667 AFSL No. 246 604 (Debit User ID: 513418)to arrange, through its own financial institution, a debit to yournominated account any amount Precision Administration ServicesPty Ltd has deemed payable by you in accordance with yourinstruction.

This debit or charge will be made through the Bulk ElectronicClearing System (BECS) from your account held at the financialinstitution you have nominated in our online application form andwill be subject to the terms and conditions of the Direct DebitRequest Service Agreement.

This authorisation is to remain in force in accordance with theterms described in this Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.You also confirm this authority is provided in accordance with thesigning authority of the nominated account.

Why an agreement?Through this application, you are allowing us to debit amountsfrom your account with your financial institution. The amount, howoften and the date we will debit your account depend on when youinstruct us to do so. Since it is self-initiated, we only debit theamount from your account once we receive authorisation fromyou.

AcknowledgementBy signing and/or providing us with a valid instruction in respectto your Direct Debit Request, you have understood and agreed tothe terms and conditions governing debit arrangements betweenyou and Precision Administration Services Pty Ltd as set out in therelevant Direct Debit Request and in this Direct Debit RequestService Agreement.

This is your Direct Debit Service Agreement with PrecisionAdministration Services Pty Ltd ABN 47 098 977 667 AFSL No. 246604 (Debit User ID: 513418). It explains what your obligations arewhen undertaking a Direct Debit arrangement with us. It alsodetails what our obligations are to you as your Direct Debit provider.Please keep this agreement for future reference. It forms part ofthe terms and conditions of your Direct Debit Requests and shouldbe read in conjunction with your Direct Debit Request authorisation,and the terms and conditions set out in this PDS.

Definitions“account” means the account held at your financial institutionfrom which we are authorised to arrange for funds to bedebited.“agreement” means this Direct Debit Request ServiceAgreement between you and us."BECS Procedures" means the procedures issued by theAustralian Payments Network Ltd (ABN 12 055 136 519) thatgovern the operation of the Bulk Electronic Clearing System.“business day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sundayor Australian public holiday and on which financial institutionsare able to effect settlement of payment transactions.“debit payment” means a particular transaction where a debitis made.“Direct Debit Request” means the written, verbal or onlinerequest between us and you to debit funds from your account.“us” or “we” means Precision Administration Services PtyLtd, (the Debit User) you have authorised by requesting aDirect Debit Request.“you” means the customer who has authorised the DirectDebit Request.“your financial institution” means the financial institution atwhich you hold the account you have authorised us to debit.

Debiting your accountBy submitting a Direct Debit Request, you have authorised us toarrange for funds to be debited from your account. The Direct DebitRequest and this agreement set out the terms of the arrangementbetween us and you.

We will only arrange for funds to be debited from your account asauthorised in the Direct Debit Request.

We will automatically debit the amount owing from your bankaccount after you have submitted your contribution in your payrollsoftware.

If you submit your contribution before 3.30pm AEST on a businessday, we will debit the contribution amount from your account onthat day.

If you submit your contribution on or after 3.30pm AEST on abusiness day, or on a non-business day, we will debit thecontribution amount from your account on the next business day.If you are unsure about which day your account has or will bedebited you should ask your financial institution. Delays may occurin the processing of direct debits for reasons outside Precision'sreasonable control (for example, delays in processing by therelevant financial institutions).

The debit will display as “Precision CH” and include the paymentreference number in your transaction statement.

Amendments by usWe may vary any details of this agreement or a Direct DebitRequest at any time by giving you at least fourteen (14) days writtennotice sent to the preferred email address or address you havegiven us in the Direct Debit Request.

How to cancel or change Direct DebitsYou can:

a) cancel or suspend the Direct Debit Request; orb) change, stop or defer an individual debit payment, at any time

by giving us not less than 14 days' notice.

or by telephoning us on 1800 572 154 (+61 7 3436 4215 whenoverseas) during business hours;

You can also contact your own financial institution, which must actpromptly on your instructions.

Your obligationsIt is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clearfunds available in your account to allow a debit payment to bemade in accordance with the Direct Debit Request.

If there are insufficient clear funds in your account to meet a debitpayment:

a) You, may be charged a fee and/or interest by your financialinstitution;

b) we may charge you reasonable costs incurred by us onaccount of there being insufficient funds; and

c) you must arrange for the debit payment to be made by anothermethod or arrange for sufficient clear funds to be in youraccount by an agreed time so that we can process the debitpayment.

You should check your nominated account statement to verify thatthe amounts debited from your account are correct.

DisputesIf you believe there has been an error in debiting your account, youshould notify us directly on 1800 572 154 (+61 7 3436 4215 whenoverseas), and confirm that notice in writing with us as soon aspossible so that we can resolve your query more quickly, or [email protected]. Alternatively you can contactyour financial institution for assistance.

If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your accounthas been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query byarranging within a reasonable period for your financial institutionto adjust your account (including interest and charges) accordingly.

We will also notify you in writing of the amount by which youraccount has been adjusted.

If we conclude as a result of our investigations that your accounthas not been incorrectly debited we will respond to your query byproviding you with reasons and any evidence for this finding inwriting.

AccountsYou should check:

a) with your financial institution whether direct debiting isavailable from your account as direct debiting is not availablethrough BECS on all accounts offered by financial institutions;

b) your account details which you have provided to us are correctby checking them against a recent account statement; and

c) with your financial institution before completing the DirectDebit Request if you have any queries about how to completethe Direct Debit Request.

ConfidentialityWe will keep any information (including your account details) inyour Direct Debit Request confidential. We will make reasonableefforts to keep any such information that we have about you secureand to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have accessto information about you do not make any unauthorised use,modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.

We will only disclose information that we have about you:

a) to the extent specifically required by law; orb) for the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing

information to the extent reasonably necessary in the

circumstances, in connection with any payment, query or claimto any relevant financial institution); or payment recipient.

IndemnityYou indemnify us for any loss or damage we suffer in connectionwith a claim against us by any other person arising (directly orindirectly) from any claim lodged in respect of any contributionpayment for the determination in accordance with the BECSProcedures, except to the extent directly caused or contributed toby our fraud, negligence or willful misconduct.

(This indemnity is in addition to, and not limited by, the Terms andConditions for use of Beam).
