Beach Lodge, Felpham, West SussexBeach Lodge sleeps 9 people. The ground floor has a wheelchair-accessible twin bedroom – complete with an electric profiling bed – and a wheel-in shower room. A lift makes it easy to get to the first floor where there are a further two wheelchair-accessible twin bedrooms – one with an electric profiling bed. The upper floor also has a single room, a double room with en suite bathroom, and an accessible shower room. Bed linen is not included.

The specially adapted, fitted kitchen has height-adjustable work surfaces and is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is ramped access to this split-level property which has a large lounge, a separate dining room and a garden with a patio to enjoy on warm summer evenings.

All Livability self-catering holiday accommodation has central heating and comes complete with a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, a CD player/radio, and a telephone – local and national calls are free.
