Fruit and vegetables help your eyes, skin and teeth

EAT DIFFERENT FOODS

Milk and cheese are good for your teeth and bones.

Meat and fish help to build your body.

Bread and cereal give you energy.

You shouldn’t eat a lot of sweets

You shouldn’t play a lot of

computer games

and watch

TV a lot.
