The village is anUrban space desi-gned as a comm-ercial recreationalcentre in kottarak-kara.In a sloped land-scape, the project isdesigned based onthose contours high-lighting the buil-tscape.The two buildings

houses a multiplex, aclub, retail spaces,food joints and apark and measuresup to 80,000 sq.ft. Ofworld class expe-rience delivered in a2 acre land.

CONCEPTAn elegant and intelligent mix of contemporary requirements andfeatures with the goodness of a golden era.Aesthetically it characterises with a number of distinctive elementsand styles, which includes the mighty roman columns thatrepresents power and might of the concept and the building alike.And in general, the design has responded with a contemporarytreatment to the Multiplex complex and an open design for themall. And far beyond is the tempting play space that contemplatewith all 5 senses and react in an individual sense.Functionally it is a complete shopping experience in an OPEN-MALLconcept. Anchor shops, restaurants, coffee shop, kiosks and otherspaces are designed in a module concept, ie, each space can bedivided according to the user requirement from the built structure,providing an aspect of flexibility.
