Troloppe is a leading multi-disciplinary property services
company, privately held and incorporated in Nigeria. We
provide bespoke solutions across a range of real estate services
to owners, occupiers and investors. Over the years we have
expanded our services based on core strengths, unrivalled local
expertise, and extensive local and international network.
Our growth has been based on maintaining relationships with
our clients across a broad range of industries. Our clients

Non-Executive Director
Adenekan started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle & LaSalle Investment Management, where he qualified as a chartered surveyor, Adenekan undertook valuations for secured lending purposes in excess of £500 million; and worked in fund / investment management where he actively managed insurance company and pension fund property portfolios in excess of £1.5 billion. Adenekan moved to Ernst & Young in the Real Estate Corporate Finance Group where he was involved in raising debt and equity for real estate transactions.
Following Ernst & Young, he joined ABN AMRO at the start of 2006 in the Structured Real Estate Capital team, where he originated, structured and executed transactions in excess of €2 billion for a wide range of clients. Adenekan; has a first class B.Sc (Hons) first degree from Kingston University; and an MBA from INSEAD where he was class valedictorian. He is currently Principal at Frisia Partners.

Chairman
Dapo is a seasoned accountant with over 30 years of professional experience. He graduated in Accountingfrom the University of Lagos in 1985, starting his career as a banker with Nigeria International Bank (NowCitibank Nigeria) in 1986 and later moved to Chartered Bank (Now Stanbic IBTC) as a pioneering memberof their team. He left Commercial Banking in 1994 as Deputy General Manager of Commercial Trust Bank,to start Worthwhile Ventures, owners of Locks n Switches.

Chief Executive Officer
Leye is the founder and Chief Executive Officer, and has been responsible for steering the business into itscurrent position from inception to date as well as signing major strategic International and localpartnerships. Prior to setting up Troloppe, he worked in financial advisory with Standard Chartered Bankand First Bank of Nigeria. He worked with Shonny Investments & Properties as Head of Strategy andBusiness Development. He holds a Masters in International Business from Webster Graduate School, UKand a Bachelors in Law and Marketing from the University of the West of England, Bristol. He also sits onthe board of Cranium One and the Aart of Life Foundation.

Director, Advisory
Jonathan is a Canadian national with 10 years’ experience in East and West Africa. He served in anadvisory roles on projects in sectors including telecoms, real estate, oil and gas, transportationinfrastructure, and urban planning. He spent 5 years with McCabe and Partners a boutique corporatefinance and strategy consulting firm, founded in 2006 by former McKinsey & Company consultants thatfocuses exclusively on advising clients in sub-Saharan Africa. Jonathan is also a Director of Real Estate forLBH Limited, advising on real estate holdings in excess of $50m US in Lagos and Abuja. Jonathan holds aBachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Ottawa’s Arthur Kroeger College and an Msc fromthe University of Oxford.

Wale Joined Troloppe in 2015 as an Associate in the Research (Unit). Prior to joining Troloppe, heworked with J. Ajayi Patunola & Co as a Research Analyst and Valuation Executive responsible forproviding (professional opinions of value) and investment (appraisals) of different asset classes. Heholds a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and is also aqualified Facilities Management Professional.

Toyeen is a certified Professional in Human Resources with over 8 years of experience,from the Human Resource Certification Institute, USA. Prior to joining the Troloppe team,she was responsible for Manpower Recruitment and Outsourcing at Lightning NetworksLimited, (a manpower/ outsourcing firm) with over 500 outsourced Engineers and staffspread across the country and Ghana. She also worked with Charles Goodings andAssociates as the HR Strategy consultant, she has been able to proffer solutions as aconsultant and business partner to the FMCG, Retail, Telecommunications and ICT, Oil andGas and Education. She is as passionate as she is efficient with good interpersonal skills.Toyeen is a member of the Institute of professional recruiters both in the United Kingdomand Nigeria.

Ife started her career as a Research Analyst in Uraga Real Estates Limited and worked invarious capacities including business development and asset management of the RadissonBlu Hotel, Victoria Island. In her current role at Troloppe Property Services, she covers arange of activities across, advisory, research, financial and data analysis, to enable strategicdecision making for investors/ clients and stakeholders within the firm. Ife is a highlycritical thinker and a solutions-oriented team player who loves to read, socialize and workout in her spare time. She holds a Bsc in Economics from the University of Bradford and anMsc in Real Estate from Cass Business School.
