N’siah: Halle Herman You always hear teachers, grandparents, parents, old people in general quote Confucius "Choose a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life". I never really un-derstood it when my parents would give me "life advice" but now when i describe how much I love my work as N'siah, that is how I describe my position. Being N'siah is absolutely the most rewarding experience I have ever been blessed with. My favorite part is hearing how successful chapters have come been (and continue to be- shout out to B'Yachad for 36 girls at their last sleepover) and also watching how much fun everyone has at conventions and city events. The feeling you get when a group of kids light up because you put in the effort to make something incredible for them is one of the most rewarding feelings that I hope everyone gets the opportunity to feel and experience. I love my "job"- no I love what I do because it doesn't feel like work, I would prefer to work on BBYO over anything else any day. I've chosen a job that I love and right now, I don't feel like I'm 'working' at all. Godol: Zach Samuelson The girls Lolololololl jk.I love seeing everything that is going on in all the chapters around the region. It is so cool seeing how all the chapter Godolim lead their chapters dif-ferently. However, in the end we all come together to make one of the closest, most successful re-gions out there. S’ganit: Daria Penner Every person has that one program in which they remember, and told them that they will stay in BBYO for as long as they can. Being regional S’ganit, and creating different ways and unique ideas for chapters to have creative programming and give other girls that one pro-gram to make them stay is something I love. The ability to be a role model, and inspiration for oth-ers gives myself the best feeling. I simply just love pulling members into bbyo and giving them the best four years by an amazing program. S’gan: Max Agranoff My favorite part would have to be getting to see how each chapter does meetings and programs differently but still end up teaching the same things and having a good time. Morah: Maggie Rosen I'd have to say my favorite part about what I do is seeing the new members find their passion in bbyo and find their home in KIO and BBG. I know BBYO has had a huge im-pact on my life, so seeing girls try spooey for the first time, learn what sisterhood really is in good and welfare, and feel inspired by older members, makes me so happy to be able to say I had an impact on showing them the greatest four years of their life! Moreh: Eli Profeta Knowing that I have the ability to have a great influence on the beginning of a teen's life in BBYO, and helping to ensure that starting from the beginning not a moment is wasted. Sh’licha: Natania Lipp My favorite part of what I do is being in the position to inspire other mem-bers to be their best selves. I love working with and helping my counterparts, because in helping them I'm not only improving the Judaism or motivation to make a difference in each chapter, I'm al-so giving chapter Shlichot the tools they need to be amazing leaders. On a regional level, I love leading services and community service programs where I have the potential to creatively influence all members to love and be as intrigued by Judaism as I am. Shaliach: Herbert Meisner As Regional Shaliach, I feel like when I speak to the region, I want to make them think. I want to make everyone reevaluate themselves and their lives. To be grateful for what they have, find pure happiness, yet give empathy to those who have less. I love having the ability to create programs to inspire all the people around me, and to have people look up to me. Mazkirah: Kelsey Bardach My favorite part about what I do is having the opportunity to make an impact on the region and every person in it. It also feels good to give back to the region that has given so much to me, gotta love that feeling. Mazkir: Sam Dolen My favorite part of my job is making sure that all communications in the region are top notch so YOU know what’s going on at all times!

  • AIT/MIT was the first time I got a grasp on how much I real-ized that my obsession with BBYO would last for ever.

Then I got to see how BBYO got down at their dances

which makes me feel like I belong

    Sylvie Siegel B’yachad BBG #43

At first it was a little bit awkward, but as the awk-wardness died down, I fig-ured out that i really do en-joy BBYO and it will never leave me and it will forever

    be apart of me.

AIT/MIT was so great because it was the first time I had this

feeling of connection with peo-ple I now call my brothers.

Shouting cheers and jumping up and down in unison creates this indescribable feeling every-

one has to experience at AIT/MIT.

Adam Goot Indy Brae Sheath AZA #246

AIT/MIT was a true eye opener to the newest and best chapter of my life-- BBYO. There, for the first time, I saw bonds, connections, and

the sharing of close friendships like I had seen never before. I personally, found myself be-

coming more and more happy and comfortable with everybody around me; realizing that I was finding my place in was what I would soon call

my home for the next best four years ever.
