The House is a pristine example of a Belle Époque mansion, originally built in 1914.   The goal of the project of restoration was to preserve the original structure of the house. A guest house with 17 suites, that reflects the glamour of the 20s, surrounded by artist´s studios, diplomatic residences and walking distance to the Malecón overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The PatioSurrounded with jasmine and fig aromas; ideal for outdoor breakfast; also open for light lunch, dinner or private events.

The Lounge Available newspapers, light reading materials, basic home office equipment, with light snacks, coffee and tea. Sundowner Deck A private outdoor lounge on the rooftop, overlooking Barranco and the Pacific Ocean. Full bar and a light menu, available during warm months. Exclusive for hotel guests.

Hotel B will offer 17 guestrooms, 10 distributed throughout the restored grand house and 7 more in the new, modern annex.
