Total Rewards

Health, Life, and Disability Benefi tsOur benefi ts program provides a broad spectrum of protection against the fi nancial risks of illness and injury for staff and their eligible dependents, including spouse or domestic partner (regardless of gender) and dependent children. The fi rm pays the majority of costs of these programs with a supporting contribution from participants.

Profi t Sharing ProgramsBooz Allen’s Employees’ Capital Accumulation Plan (ECAP) is a defi ned contribution plan with two components: Contributions from the fi rm and a voluntary 401(k) feature. Each year, Booz Allen makes a lump sum contribution to employees’ ECAP accounts, regardless of whether an individual has contributed funds. In addition, staff can make voluntary, pre-tax contributions into their ECAP investment accounts.

In November 2010, Booz Allen became a public company, with shares trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “BAH.” The fi rm’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows staff to share in the outcome of their efforts by making planned, periodic purchases of Booz Allen stock at a 5% discount through after-tax payroll deductions.

Work-Life ProgramsBooz Allen recognizes the importance of balancing personal interests and responsibilities with those of the workplace. In addition to supporting fl exible work arrangements and leave options, we also provide the following employee programs: LifeWorks, employee assistance program, fl exible spending accounts, child care, advanced infertility treatments, adoption benefi ts, a legal plan, pet insurance, and more.
