BRC JH130 ULV Fogger

The proven BRC JH130 is a multi usable light weight ULV hand mister / foggers. This unit is one of the very powerful ULV mister’s known in the market. Features include a 5 litre tank, a strong motor, high outflow, flexible application pipe for ease of application, adjustable droplet size between 10-150 µm microns and a multiple speed output control. This is easy to use and Ideal for sanitizing and disinfecting large areas.

Fogging – Why?

Pathogenic microbes such as virus, fungi and pathogenic bacterial are the main cause of airborne or direct contact diseases affecting animals and humans. Studies show the application of disinfectants and biocides via aerosol or fogging significantly reduce the number of viable infectious pathogens. Foggers produce micro droplets that float in the air for around 10 minutes after application, reaching the most inaccessible parts where conventional cleaning or spraying can’t reach.

Warehousing & Distribution

To minimise risk within our three Warehouse & Distributon Centres we have implemented the following hygiene measures.

• All staff are wearing gloves and masks in thewarehouse. Staff have been coached on how to donand doff PPE

• Hand sanitizer stations are available in all kitchen andtoilets areas, and staff are encouraged to frequentlywash their hands

• We’ve segregated office and warehouse staff withkey card access restrictions and leaders appointed ineach area to ensure the enforcement of no crosscontamination.

• Staff have been supplied information on what to dowhen they leave the business and return home toensure their home ‘bubbles’ remain safe.

External Couriers

Our Delivery partner NZ Couriers is ensuring contact-less delivery is the standard delivery process for both signature required parcels and non-signature parcels.

To minimise the risk to our staff; customers and community in all parts of our business:

• All couriers supplied with hand sanitiser

• Contactless parcel deliveries and pickups

• Only delivering to essential services

Our work culture is changing on a global scale. But working from home doesn’t have to mean being isolated.

We are taking steps to minimise transmission pathways from product handling, delivery and human contact.

We’d like to reassure you of the procedures and policies we have in place to protect the health of you, your staff and your customers. We have specific arrangements in place to protect home deliveries for groups such as remote workers and students.

Product Sourcing

The vast majority of our products are held in NZ in one of our three warehouses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. At this time, many of our customers are ordering greatly increased volumes of specialty PPE and hygiene products, some of which we’re having to source from offshore.

Where necessary, we're air-freighting some PPE products from overseas to meet this exceptional demand.

This product is coming from reputable factories that produce goods for medical customers, using highly-automated processes and elevated standards of hygiene. All imported goods spend well in excess of five days in transit, import and handling before they are received into our warehouses for dispatch. There is no possibility that any of these goods carry viral contamination* upon reaching our warehouses.

*Medical expert, Dr John Torres, has stated that the corona-virus may have the capability to live on cardboard for up to 24hours, plastic packaging and steel up to 2-3 days. NewEngland Journal of Medicine.
