This course focuses on a systematic approach of quantitative analysis to business decision making. This includes defining the problem, developing a model, acquiring input data, developing a solution, testing a solution, analyzing the results and sensitivity analysis. Selective models such as linear programming, transportation, network graph, Markov, inventory, and simulation, are covered in order to help students build their analytical skills for making efficient business decisions. This course also utilizes the computer software to emphasis on modeling real-world problems and to understand the solutions to these models. BA 204 Business Statistics 3 credits The key factors of running successful business under uncertainty nowadays are the systematic data collection used in planning realistic sales forecast, production costs, and other expenses, and the development of statistic models which can be used to help decision makers in making business decision within acceptable tolerance limits.

RB 331 Advanced Real Estate Valuation 3 credits Prerequisite: RB 211 and RB 212

Study modern theories and problems in property valuation. Analyze those theories related to valuation and risk. Learn to value different type of properties by using income method as well as finding their rate of return, projecting income and operating expenses. Cash Flow analysis is also included. Students will be expected to conduct a practical project and case study analysis.

RB 332 Business Valuation 3 credits Prerequisite: Enrolled in real estate subjects no less than 2 subjects

Study theories and process in business valuation. Using existing financial information and applying to the process of valuing business and stocks. Analyzing different aspects of finance and how to conduct reports. Valuing good will and other business rights.

RB 341 Property Management 3 credits

Study strategies and the how-to in managing real estate businesses such as office buildings, condominiums, apartments and other residential buildings as well as industrial compounds. Analyze aspects concerning the landlord, managers and lessees. Analyze leasing types, negotiation skills and the conduct of reports in order to achieve highest and best use of the property.

RB 342 Real Estate Accounting 3 credits

Study on how to analyze accounting and taxation problems in real estate investment and decision making process. Revise law and regulation on accounting and taxation principles for real estate businesses. Analyze data, plan and control any real estate accounting and taxation aspects.

Study theories and principles on real estate marketing and brokerage management by analyzing each marketing procedures from planning, implementing, controlling and evaluating. Study marketing strategies in order to make feasible of real estate projects. RB 412 Research Methodology for Real Estate Business 3 credits

Study principles, format and process in conducting a research in order to apply in real estate business. This consist of how to conduct assumptions, data collection, analyzing and how to conclude in various formats. RB 421 Real Estate Seminar 3 credits Prerequisite: Enrolled in real estate subjects no less than 2 subjects

Study and analyze real estate related problems both on theories and practicality basis in order to achieve an in-depth understand of those problems and impacts on the society.

RB 422 Real Estate Project Management 3 credits Prerequisite: RB 211

Study strategies and planning procedures on pre-construction phase, during construction phase and construction phase as well as managing projects and negotiation skills.

RB 423 International Aspects of Real Estate 3 credits Prerequisite: Must be a Third or Fourth year student or approval from the instructor

Study real estate business interaction among nations on the following basis investment, regulations, risk, assurance and global changes. International excursion is a possibility.

RB 431 Seminar in Valuation 3 credits

Study, analyze and discuss various problems both theoretical and practicality of valuation perspective as well as ethical problems, economic and social circumstances in order to achieve an in-depth understand of those problems and impacts on the society.
