Principal Responsibilities
Ensure the Implementation of Local Authorities, UEM & Client EHS policies and procedures.
STP, ETP outlet treated water quality to be maintained within the agreed parameters with Client site and PCB guidelines.
Operations and Maintenance of STP, ETP should be carried out as per the agreed with Client
site and PCB guidelines. Identify service needs for Operations and Maintenance of STP, ETP and closure of other site
specific issues. Plan oversee and maintenance of STP, ETP electrical and mechanical equipments for given sites.
Verify the vendor contract for equipment, examine the status of equipment & accountable for supervising and performing the customized maintained service for various STP ETP equipments.
Coordinate and Follow up with vendor for service requests before due service time & Crosscheck in Annual maintenance contracts with STP ETP O&M / vendors.
Prepare and implement Maintenance schedule to ensure smooth Operations & Maintenance of STP ETP. Coordinate with STP ETP operators to take care of daily Operation and Maintenance activities as well as daily logbooks and shift changeover documents, Train the STP ETP Operators on STP ETP Operation and maintenance, Manage STP ETP operators Duty schedules, leave records.
Coordinate with labs to collect the treated water sample from site. Maintain the record of treated water generation and consumption (Complete water
balancing)
Inventory of critical spares for WWTP Infrequent Tasks. Maintain equipment status report, Critical breakdowns, Energy consumption and Chemical
consumption data. Handle any adhoc issues like surprise visit of any local authorities, break down of any
equipments.
