Stephanie Callison, Ph.D., is a Senior Consultant at Hogan

Assessment Systems. Her areas of expertise include leading large-

scale leadership assessment, development projects and training

programs for Fortune 50 companies and working with senior

executives on issues related to performance and change.

Rob Kaiser is a partner with Kaplan DeVries, Inc. With Bob

Kaplan, he co-authored the Leadership Versatility Index instrument and the popular companion book, The Versatile

Leader . Rob is a thought-leader with over 100 publications and

presentations on leadership, most recently in the February issue

of Harvard Business Review . His consulting specialties are

coaching high potentials and helping organizations frame, study

and solve practical leadership problems.

Mary Lippitt, D.B.A., founder of Enterprise Management Ltd., is

an internationally recognized consultant, writer and speaker on
