Promo Coverage

Applicable to all projects and all units except for parking units.

Commercial units are not included in the promo

Entitlement of Promo

All reservations within the promo period entitles the buyer to get a free BPI Pre-Paid card

Cash Load is credited to the BPI Pre-paid card once the account has been committed or booked whichever

is applicable and upon clearance of CS/BS payment

The card is under the name of the principal buyer

Cash Load is convertible to cash discount.

Process for BPI Pre-Paid Credit Card

Upon reservation, buyer to fill up the BPI Pre-paid card application form and submit the form to Sales

Sales to submit the signed form to Incentives team upon reservation

Incentives Team to submit the forms to Marketing Suport upon clearance of Reservation fee

Marketing Support to process the application form with BPI

Processing time is around 10 working days

BPI to deliver the pre-paid cards to Marketing Support at the Avida Head Office

Marketing Support to handle the delivery of the credit card to the buyer

BPI will be providing a letter with instructions on how to activate the account

Buyer will be responsible in activating the credit card

Incentives Team to process crediting of the cash load

Buyer will be notified through text message when the cash load has been credited

PSC/SOA must submit the BS documents to SAT within 3 days from receipt from buyer/seller

To clarify, Day 1 is RS Date

Example - Accounts reserved Oct 7, the 20th day is Oct 26

If there are findings, buyer must comply within 2 days from date of notification

BS documents must be submitted to PSC/SOA on or before the cut-off date

Documents must be stamped received by PSC/SOA

Spot payment must be paid on or before the cut-off date indicated in the promo

Next monthly amortization is payable after 2 months from RS month

Cash load is credited to the BPI Pre-paid card of the buyer when the account has been

officially tagged as booked and clearance of the spot payment
