Water-based Adhesives

Thermonex™ water-based adhesives offer minimised production time through low activation temperature and short cooling time:• Reactive adhesives with very good heat

resistance performance and bonding strength, compared with non-reactive products

• Applied at ambient temperatures and are reactivated at low temperature therefore suitable for heat sensitive substrates

• Can be pre-applied to deliver a pre-coated substrate – end user to reactivate complex only

• Supports error reduction due to inadequate adhesive quantity and or adhesive spills

Reactive Hot Melt Adhesives

Swift®lock reactive hot melt adhesives offer high performance bonds:

• Chemistry of the reactive hot melt makes them very compatible with a large variety of substrates used in the automotive industry

• Fast setting time of the reactive hot melts improve bonding process and reduce manufacturing costs
