NetApp is a provider of innovative unified storage solutions to help customers around the world

to store, manage, protect and retain one of their most precious corporate assets: their data. NetApp

is a leading innovator in networked storage systems, storage and data management and scale-out

technologies.

NetApp releases up-to-date and frequent upgrades and new versions of its product that require

rigorous testing before it reaches the market. The company teamed up with a strategic partner with

excellent quality assurance capabilities - TCS.

The basic aim of the Internship is introduction to “System Quality Assurance”. Different kinds of

Testing, Need for Testing and Importance of Testing in Industry.

As a part of the Project, System Testing should be done on the Integration Project with help of Perl

Scripts and analyze the results for efficient functionality.

Basic understanding of the Netapp Data OS Structure and various terminologies and understanding

standard testing procedures is the first step to start with.

Assistance in performing System Testing of the Integration remains the crux of the remaining

project.
