It will help responding officers if you are familiar withyour loved one’s potential points of interest and locations of bodies of water in the area (especiallyfor those with autism who are often attracted to water).

Please print out a map of the area around yourhome and label these important locations.A = Our House (12345 Street).

Any additional information about my loved one that may be helpful for first responders to know (he/she may bolt and run; he/she may not respond to his/her name; he/she may hide, etc.)
