New Life FitnessClass Descriptions

Men and Women’s Boot Camp- This is an advanced, 45 minute, total body work out. The class is designed to focus on conditioning, fat burning, and muscle gain.

Cardio Circut Class- This is a 50 minute class that focuses on exercises to improve your cardio, strength, and balance.

H.I.I.T (High, Intensity, Interval, Training)- HIIT is 30 minute interval based class. This class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Zumba- This is a 50 minute class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to give you a great cardio work out.

Yoga- This is a 30 minute class that focuses on teaching basic yoga postures as well as strengthening the musculature that supports the body.

Cycle Club- Cycle is an hour long class done on a stationary bikes. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint & race. It is truly a cardiovascular class.

Total Barre-Total Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, and is fully expandable and adaptable to any client base.

Bosu Ball Class- Bosu ball is a 30 minute fitness class that includes aerobic and strength training routines. This class will always includeflexibility exercises and balance training.

Juan- I have Parkinson’s disease and peripheral neuropathy. I also had poor posture as a result of 50 years of bending over a desk and a computer keyboard. When I started with Juan I was using a walker due to balance problems. He has put me through numerous stretching and strengthening exercises to restore my posture and help me walk and maintain my balance.
