How do you use it?

• By using the functionality of Jing, I produce a video to provide feedback to students’ written work

Why do you use it?

• Jing allows capture screen as well as recording one’s voice. Hence the result of this allows both written and verbal feedback to the students which is highly efficient for language learners

What are the benefits?

• The feedback is in both written form as well as oral form

• One can choose different format of the feedback: For example, one can choose to record and correct at the same time or separately; one can highlight mistakes or simply give general feedback

• It can be shared easily; it can be saved easily

• The free Jing version only allows up to 5mins recording

• It is easy to use but simply training is still needed
