Every owner of capital stock shallhave one vote for every share of stock held by himor her up to four shares, and one vote for every twoadditional shares up to twenty; but no member shallin any case be allowed more than twelve votes onany question, and no Stockholder shall be aUowedt vote at any meeting who is at the time delinquentin the puyinent of his or her stock.
Art. 12. No member or officer of this Associationshall have power to bind the company by any con-tract, or to render them liable to anj extent or forany purpose, unless authorizsd so to do by the Board ;
and the Board shall in no case render the companyliable beyond the amount of available funds. TheBoard shall not have power to sell to any one personto be hell in their own right at the same time, morethan eirhty acres of lard lying within circuits ofthree miles square, the centre of the city plots beingthe centres of such squares or circles, ) nor more thanthree hundred and twenty acres of land of saidcompany lving outside of said squares: providedthat any so owning eighty acres within saidcircuits may hold sufficient k.nd outside said circuitsto make in all 320 acres. The company shall nottoll to any person any land till he or she shall haveFabcribttl to this constitution.

Every Stockholder shall be entitled topurchase property of the Association at the currentrriec thereof to the amount of one thousand dollars,and have a credit of seven years thereon by payingone Eevcnth of the principal and all the interestannuallv: wovided. he or she wiU occupy tne same.and has nud fr his or her stock, and one share ofthe stock, and the property so purchasedshall La held as security for the payment thereof.
