Health and Hygiene Protocols

• All protocols are in line with approved MKN (National Security Council) Standard Operating Proceduresfor the business events industry and are subject to change based on Government directives andnotifications

• All room layouts, capacities and catering guidelines in place• Site inspection protocol in place• Execution of Meetings and Events as per relevant Government SOP

• Execution of Exhibitions as per relevant Government SOP


Mandatory Health and Hygiene Protocols

• No Mask No entry - access will not be allowed • Sanitise your hands frequently• No entry if you are experiencing symptoms, do not attempt to enter the Centre


Arrival at the Centre and entry to Main Entrance

• From Main Entrance proceed to demarcated entrypoint where you will be required to present eventregistration or pre-scheduled appointment details

• Please note entry and exit access points to theCentre are limited and controlled

• From the Car Park proceed to the Centre Core, Car Parklevel

• Screening will take place on arrival at the Centre Core

• Please note entry and exit access points to the Centreare limited and controlled


Arrival at the Centre from Suria KLCC Tunnel

• From the Suria KLCC Pedestrian Tunnel proceedto the demarcated entry point where screeningwill take place



Venue Check-In

• On arrival present proof of event registration.

• Scan the Malaysian Government “MySejahtera” App for contact tracing

• Proceed to body temperature screening

• Keep a 1 metre distance

• Proceed to your event

• Scan Event Check-In App

• Keep a safe distance at all times in theevent space

• Follow the Organiser or Centre staffinstructions at all times


Sanitisation, Safety and a healthy environment is a priority

• Our Team have received

comprehensive dedicated Health

and Safety Training

• Sanitisation of common touch points will be carried out every hour

• Sanitisation of event space will be carried out before and after each event or whenever required
