Introduction Welcome to AT&T Internet Reservations System (IRES). This system allows AT&T TeleConference Services users to manage features of their AT&T TeleConference account using a self-service method via the Internet.

Accessing the Internet Reservations System (IBM) IBM supplies access into AT&T’s Internet Reservations system through IBM’s Sign On for Provider

Applications. The URL is: https://bluepages.ibm.com/password/vendor/auth/login.wss?code=att_prod

Once sign on is complete, the user will see the screen similar to shown. This screen displays a list of the user’s current registrations.

Following the menu selections, the user may create new registrations, make changes to existing registrations, view account data and assign administrative assistants to manage the account.

Toolbar Overview The following provides an overview of each of the toolbar selections

Index of Services: Provides a listing of AT&T’s Services including a description of optional services available that may or may not be contracted by IBM. Minimal use of this tab will be necessary

Reservationless Conferencing: This is the default page that displays all reservationless conference detail associated with the account.

My Conferences: This page provides a history of past conferences and scheduled conferences (if available)

My Profile: Displays profile information, Assistants, Contacts and Password Change management

Contact Us: Allows user feedback and quality reporting.

Help: Provides detailed information for this application.

Adding an Additional Reservationless Registration Users may add additional reservationless accounts up to the maximum allowed of 25 registrations per folder. If more than 25 registrations are needed, the user can contact customer care to set up additional folders as needed. To add an additional account, the following steps should be completed:

On the Reservationless Conferencing tab, click on the “Add” button to open a new registration form.

The users must enter a Registration Conference Name. This is a required field and may contain dash (-) and alpha-numeric characters only. (maximum 35)

Utilizing the expansion button: will display Global access details and additional options for features on the registrations.

The user must select the checkbox shown to create the additional registration.

Global Access

The Global Access Selection allows the user to select a Preferred Country which controls the default

language and access number associated with the registration. The preferred Written Language controls the language the email confirmation and other written material that is sent to the Host.

A popup list of Reservationless touch tone commands may be accessed by the user by clicking on the link on this screen.

Conference Options

Allows the user to select various conference options that are available as the default for the

registration.

Checked items are those that are automatically defaulted as preferred by the corporation. The user may select or deselect options as available.

Unchecked items may be selected for individual meetings at the time of conference by using the touch tone option commands

Conference Option Description: - This link opens up the Help screen with a description of all features associated with the application. (Not all features may be available as selected by IBM)

The wallet card option and checkbox allow the user to have a wallet card mailed to a postal address

The user then Submits the registration form

If the user does not provide the required information, they will receive the error message that shown below

The user will be required to select OK and go back to the field to enter a Registration Conference Name

If the user has not initially checked the Reservationless Audio Conference Service selection box, the following error message will display:

The user will be required to select OK and return to the form to select the checkbox

Once successfully submitting the form, a registration confirmation will be displayed with registration details and call information.

Following the displayed confirmation, the system will automatically send an email confirmation to the email address on record for the user.

The user may then select the Registration Details to return to the Reservationless conferencing view

On completion of using the IRES system, the user may Log Off of the system using the Log Off option on

the toolbar

Modifying a Reservationless Registration From the Reservationless Conferencing selection, the user should select appropriate registration using the

Registration Conference Name link to be modified.

At the bottom of the screen, the user should select the Change option.

The Conference Registration page will appear for modification

Modifying a Reservationless Registration (con’t)

When modifying the registration for the first time, if there is no Registration Conference Name associated with the registration, the user must enter a Registration Conference Name. This is a required field and may contain dash (-) and alpha-numeric characters only. If the user does not provide the required information, they will receive the error message that shown below

Changes may be completed and once successfully submitting the form, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address on record.

Deleting (Cancelling) a Reservationless Registration

From the Reservationless Conferencing selection, the user should select appropriate registration using the Registration Conference Name link to be deleted.

The user should select the Cancel button

The system displays the screen shown. The user must select the confirmation checkbox, followed by Submit.

A final confirmation popup will appear, the user will select OK if sure of the cancel

A confirmation page will be displayed with the details of the cancelled meeting

Following the displayed confirmation, the system will automatically send an email confirmation to the email address on record for the user.

Changing the Registration Host and Participant Access Code IBM requires users to change their Host/Moderator Passcode every 180 days. The user will receive notification via email from AT&T TeleConference Services regarding the expiration of the passcode. To change the passcode, the user will do the following:

From the Reservationless Conferencing selection, the user should select appropriate registration / conference using the Registration Conference Name link to be modified.

At the bottom of the screen, the user should select the Change option.

On the Registration Audio Conference Service section, the user will select the checkbox code for the desired change.

IBM does not permit the assignment of customized codes; therefore, the system will automatically

assign a new random code, once the Submit button is selected. For IBM employees, the assignment of the Host/Moderator Passcode is required and the assignment of the Participant Passcode is optional.

Once the code change is complete, the user will be returned to the registration page displaying the details of the registration and the system will automatically send an email confirmation to the email address on record for the user and the assistant modifying the account.

My Conferences The My Conferences section allows to user to view a history of their completed conferences over the

past year.

The user selects My Conferences from the toolbar and the current scheduled conference page displays. To the see history of conferences, the user will select History List from the selection

Note: IBM does not use Scheduled / Reserved conferences from AT&T

The History List shows the system generated Conference ID, the Conference Name, Date, and Status.

Once billing has completed, the call charges will display.

Adding Assistants for Account Management An Internet Assistant will allow the user to designate other registered users to access their account and

manage registrations.

An Internet Assistant must be a registered IRES user with an active folder/account in order to be added as an assistant.

From the Toolbar, the primary account holder will select the My Profile Option

The user will then select Assistants to display the form to add a new Assistant. Enter the user ID of the Assistant to be added.

Once Add is selected, the Name and User ID will be displayed.

Assistant Management Once added as an assistant, the assistant will log in using the same method as the account holder. A

screen will display with the accounts they have access to.

The user will select the action Log In, account they wish to log into

The assistant will then be logged and may perform all of the same functions as the account holder
