Blended learning is equally well received among all learnersregardless of age it is a personalised blend that is the mostimportant need

Employees turn to their manager for information about training but to expertcoaches/tutors for the training itself
Do managers need more training? Is L&D being bypassed? What can L&D doto gain greater visibility?
There are key differences in attitudes towards training between the trainedand the untrained and the different generations in the workforce
Collaborate across generations, cultures, borders > personalise with controls
Become more inclusive post economic crisis > seize the potential
The future is becoming clearer....and simpler in some ways.....
Rapid uptake of smart-phone and tablet computing is driving mobile learningand serious games which are set to have a major impact in the short term (seeCegos White Paper)
Not a fad, not a replacement, but contributors to a complete learning provision
portfolio in line with the needs and wants of the Learning population
