Utilize Materials

Make sure Smartboard is working correctly for demonstrations and notes

Make sure Curriculum-bot is functioning correctly and that the steps are correct and in order.

Make sure students have finished worksheets from the day before and have correct answers.

Make sure enough Day 2 worksheets are printed off for entire class.

Require Learner Participation

Students should take notes during instruction.

Once given the worksheet, students are encouraged to interact with Curriculum-bot to walk them through solving an equation.

Students will have access to worksheets on Facebook.

Students are encouraged to interact with one another on Facebook, Twitter, and in class if they are struggling with the homework.

There is a video of the Curriculum-bot on Facebook if the students need help at home.

Evaluate and Revise

Did the robot seem to help the learning process or was it a distraction?

Did the students interact with one another for help or copy off of each other?

Are the students interacting with one another online for the purpose of learning the material?

Are the videos and information on Facebook relevant and helpful to the current curriculum?
