MEDICAL COMPONENTS As we use the latest “state-of-the art” sliding-head lathes from STAR Micronics We are able to produce parts with extremely tight tolerances of ±10mμ and reliably. We can repeat this from part-to-part and from batch-to-batch. We manufacture parts with diameters of below Ø0.5mm and up to Ø32mm on a regular basis. We can also make parts up to 1 metre in length, whilst still maintaining these tolerances. Working in Titanium and Stainless Steels (including 400series), we are highly capable of fulfilling your requirements for medical, surgical and orthopaedic components.
