Suresh Jain FCA, CPA(F).He is the founder partner of the firm. He is associates with ICAI since 1995 and worked with NationalStock Exchange in Finance & Accounts Department as Manager for 11 years. Also worked with RussellBadford International a CPA firm based in New York (U.S.A.) as Audit In-charge for more then 3 yearsin US GAAP. Then after he has worked with a leading CA firm called Lodha & Co. (CharteredAccountants) as Manager Audit and Assurance for more then 18 months. He has sound knowledgeof Companies Act, Tax laws and Merger & Acquisition has handled large number of audits like JSWEnergy Ltd., Times of India group, J.K. Files(Raymond Group), IOTEL(IOC Group), Amines &

Plasticizer, Veka India Ltd., Kumar Builders Group etc.. He is well versed with the Merchant Banking& Portfolio Management activities.

Anand Jain ACA, CMF, B.Com (Hons).

He is the founder partner of the firm. Mr. Anand has an extensive strategic knowledge andoperational experience that enable organizations in achieving their potential. He has an establishedtrack record of delivering value to clients and driving growth. He supports the think tank of the

organization through his comprehensive understanding of Corporate Law, Indian regulatory andbusiness environment. Simultaneously he also handled audit assignments outsourced by variousgovernment organizations.
