• Measure art, i.e. 12 x 10• Measure Face (width) of molding i.e. 1 ½ wide• Add width of Art (12) + 2 x width of Frame (3) = 15 inches + 1/8 inch for glass• Cut ‘Top and bottom’ stock 2 @ 15 1/8 OSM• Cut sides (10) + (3) + (1/8) 2 @ 13 1/8 OSM

•Mill all required stock

•Finish entire run of stock

• T & B 2@ 15 1/8 OSM

• Sides 2@ 13 1/8 OSM

• Cut ‘Longer’ sides first, in case of error they can be used for short sides

• After cutting verify both ISM (12 1/8) & OSM dimensions (15 1/8)

1. Use ‘V’ vise to hold pieces

2. Small amount of glue on each

3. Drill with nail into ‘Top’ and ‘Bottom’
