To Book a Meeting, Click on the Meetings Tab.
1. New users are prompted to create an account. Returning users begin by logging in.
2. From the Home Page, enter detailed requirements for your meeting at the Meeting Search page. Include geographic area, date(s), length of meeting and number of attendees.
3. The system will then prompt you to enter Facility Type, Meeting Room Requirements and Amenities.
4. Review locations which meet your search criteria.– You can see a quote and reserve a meeting at properties that display Live Availability, using a
credit card or– You can request a quote if Live Proposals is shown or request a proposal from venues listed as
Request Proposal.– You can Compare detailed price information side-by-side. Click on any displayed venue at any
time to see detailed property information. You can also request a site visit.
5. Use the My Searches or My Meetings tabs to review saved searches or upcoming meetings.

How to Book & Manage Simple Meetings in Just Five Steps.
New User – Create Password & Enter Contact Details.

New User Completes Contact Information, Reviews and Accepts User Agreement.

Begin Search. Enter City, Dates, Duration and Number of Participants.

Enter Search Criteria. User May Search All Preferred Areas, or Specify.

Choose Meeting Room Configuration, Request Break Out and Guest Rooms.

Select Catering, AV and Other Amenities.

Review Locations That Meet Your Search Criteria.

Click on “View Location Details” for Any Displayed Property.

Compare Quotes, Select Property, Book Meetings or Request a Site Visit.

Confirm Booking for Live Inventory Properties and Enter Payment Details.

Receive Confirmation of Reservation on Screen and by Email.

Request an Appointment for a Site Visit.

Click on My Searches to Review Prior Searches and Proposals.

Go to My Meetings to Review Booked Meetings, Cancel a Meeting, or See Pending Proposals.
Review Reservation & Invoice Details; Option to Cancel Meeting.
