Wave RibTM DuctThe ARNCO patented Wave Ribdesign produces a coefficient offriction lower than any previousdesign. The reduced surface contactbetween the cable sheath and con-duit wall means that longer lengthsof cable can be placed. In addition,the ducts high tensile strengthallows the pulling-in of longerlengths of innerduct into a mainconduit. When used with ARNCOsair-assisted cable-blowing equip-ment, Wave Rib Duct provides thefastest, easiest and least expensivemethod of placing cable.

Mini DuctThis self-support mini duct providesan aerial pathway to the premise fordirect placement of optical fibersfrom a distribution location. It pro-vides additional protection and flexi-bility for future network changesand growth.

Mini Duct PackARNCO's Fiber-Guard/MD is pack-aged in either jacketed groups orpre-installed in various duct sizesto meet the packing requirementsfor the route design. The packs canbe direct buried or pulled intoexisting conduits. Placing the MiniDuct Pack reduces the overallinstallation cost and provides theflexibility to increase services asdemand develops.

Strand-Guard/MD Mini Duct PackARNCO'S Strand-Guard/MD Pack isa self-support grouping of miniducts that can be provided in vari-ous packaging configurations tomeet the requirements for an aerialroute design. Placing the aerial self-support Mini Duct Pack in one workoperation reduces the overall instal-lation cost and provides the flexibili-ty to install services as demanddevelops directly to the premises.

ARNCOs Fiber-Guard/MD isdesigned for installation into newor existing conduit to maximizeconduit capacity. Mini ducts areused to subdivide 3/4 through 2 conduits, facilitating futureinstallation of additional microcables.
