PRESENTATION ENGLISHArgo Shoes Company has been established in 2004 by me, my brother and my father. My father have a long experience in shoes production as he was working for the biggest company for Shoes Manufacturing in EX Jugoslavia and the name of the company was CIK Kumanovo, at that time CIK Kumanovo was employing over 4500 people with daily finish product of 14,000 pairs of shoes. He was the main production manager for over 20 years and also he is in the shoes business for more than 40 years At the beginning of our company we have worked for various Italian companies the first one was Multi Moda Calzature from Ancona after that company we make connections with couple another companies from Italy such as Lenchi Calzature from Lucca,Linea BE BE BE Calzature from Piza, Stilman Calzature from Verona,, Sant Luis Calzature from Verona, Galicio Torresi from Ancona, Zeis Calzature from Civitanova, Daino Shoes from Civitanova and at the moment we are working for Falc S.P.A from Civitanova, but we are working for Falc with only 30% of our capacity. Trough out this years we was working all different type of shoes starting from Hand Stitching, San Crispino, Strobel, High Hills Women shoes etc.... Argo Shoes Macedonia we are proud to announce that we have on site 150+ employees, the latest technology in equipment and machines, Cutting machines for all needs including leather and synthetic, and currently at the capacity of producing 20,000 to 25,000 pairs of shoes monthly with the ability to grow to your needs and requirements. We have a fully trained quality department and inspection process so we can make the highest quality shoes and we are proud of the finish product.Our customer satisfaction rate is well over 98%. We would like the opportunity for you to come visit our plant and see for yourself of how the plant operates and see some of the quality product we can make and what we would be able to do for you. Look at our machines, watch the assembly lines run, and talk to our employees and you will see that we would be able to grow and expand to make as many shoes as you require.We have the resources to suit your needs. In our cutting department we have available 12 Cutting Machines for cutting Leather and 3 Big Cutting Machines for cutting synthetic materials. Our Stitching department is equipped with 3 assembly lines all of them are full automated and they have all the necessary machines for stitching the Leather products. We have 2 Assembly Department also full automated as well and equipped with the latest technology for shoes Assembly Machines. Also we have One Finish Line full automated where the Finish product is gently control by the hands of our Finish Product Control and if the product is satisfying the needs of our costumer is packing in to the finish boxes ready to be ship to our customers. PRESENTAZIONE ITALIANOVorrei fare una presentazione della nostra ditta che si occupa di produzione sia in conto terzi che di commercializzazione.Noi operiamo in Macedonia con un nostro sito produttivo che si trova nella citta' di Kumanovo,che per storia e tradizione e' molto conosciuta in larga parte da molti settori commerciali del mondo calzaturiero Europeo e mondiale perche' il 50% della forza di lavoro e' impegnata in questo settore.La n/s fabbrica e' denominata ARGO DD e' nata nell'anno 2000 ed e` stata attrezzata con macchine moderne come sotto specificato:12 macchine per taglio a bandiera per la pelle 3 macchine da taglio a ponte per il taglio di materiale sintetico e di pelle 2 linee di giunteria con macchine di ultimo tipo tecnologico per la cucitura della tomaia superiore della scarpa 2 linee di montaggio calzatura complete con il reparto di finissaggio ed il controllo qualita'Utilizziamo circa 150 operai specializzati con ottime manualita' e capacita`,con la possibilita' di produrre una media di 20/25.000 paia al mese di calzature come prodotto finito a secondo del modello e del progetto da sviluppare.Siamo interessati a contattare aziende volenterose a cooperare ed a fare accordi di produzione con la possibilita' di aumentare la produttivita' avendo sempre lo stesso livello di alta qualita' che noi ad oggi riusciamo a mantenere con l'aiuto dei nostri responsabili e le nostre maestranze.
