We now establish outcome measures and management reporting to verify and monitor the success and value that has been promised to you and your patient base.

2. DiagnoseAAfter we have the information needed, we will test the validity of the assumptions against best-in-practice benchmarks (MGMA, HBMA, KLAS, etc.). We’ll review with you and ask if it is an accurate reection of your actual situation. We will provide you with a Discussion Document (a summary of your interests and a pencil sketch of the solution). Then delivery of a Business Case or or Proposal-- a comprehensive view of risks faced; the opportunities available (or missing) and the nancial impacts. It will provide you objective information and assist you in making the decision to move forward or not.
