Introduction This is your business. No one can make it successful but you! The rewards are substantial and the influence you will have on people’s lives, bodies and finances is worth every bit of work you put into it!

Set Goals! No one ever accomplished anything without first setting goals. Think big and think long term. Be in it to win it! (see appendix)

1) Make a list of 3 long term Ardyss Goals 2) Make a list of 3 short term Ardyss Goals that will make the long term

goals come to past. 3) Write a list of reasons why you decided to do this? Display it where

you can see it daily. 4) Create a Faith Board for your Ardyss Business. Cut out pictures and

words that display the goals you want to accomplish. Put it where you can see it daily.

5) Stay motivated. Go to You Tube and view many of the testimonial and training videos by people just like you that have become successful through Ardyss. Get on Ardyss conference calls

6) Subscribe to VIVE Magazine from your Back Office. View the Aug issue on line with all of the awesome testimonials and success stories.

Selling the Business Opportunity Confidence Confidence comes from the way you carry, dress and think about yourself. It also comes from educating yourself about the company you represent. When you look good, feel good about yourself and you know the facts- you have the confidence you need to talk to people and make a deal! Collect Testimonials When you hear testimonials about the Ardyss products, use them to draw interest when speaking with prospects. Also, create your own testimonials.

Be very aware of what the products are doing for your body and your family’s bodies. Communicating the Business Opportunity

No, everyone is not LOOKING for a business opportunity at the moment that you are speaking to them. However, the opportunity is golden and does not require an excessive amount of time but yields a grand reward. It is not our goal to be in the undergarment business. Meaning we are not just selling lingerie or any other products retail. We are offering a business opportunity that will both change the status of their health and improve their finances. FOR EXAMPLE: You know, Ann, I just started a business and I think you would be very interested in what it can do for your body and your wallet. OR I am so excited about the new company that I have become a part of; do you have a moment for me to tell you more about it? OR What if I told you that you could lose 2-3 dress sizes instantly and make money doing it? Would you be interested? OR You mentioned that you are tired of trying fad diets, I have a system that will really help you and you can make money as you share it with others. OR Susie, did you mention that you are looking to make some more money. I am part of a company that allows you to work at your own pace and the compensation plan is substantial. What is a good time to talk more about it?

Be very careful in sending prospects to the main ARDYSS.COM website. If they insist on seeing the website, stress the importance of them NOT completing on-line apps or surveys or calling the 1-800 numbers. Always direct them back to you for further questions. This will eliminate the risk of your prospect signing up under corporate representatives instead of you. When inviting people to a showcase always give them a little information about the opportunity. Give them just enough to wet their whistle. People do not like to feel like they are being tricked into something. You don’t have to share the entire compensation plan or everything you know, but a little bit will help. It is suggested for maximum success that you do 3+ showcases per week. That could be with one person or a group of people. Decide to do something each day for your Ardyss business. Your first approach is everything. Stay on top of your corporate emails and Upline emails so that you are aware of changes and updates that may affect your sales presentation. Stay connected and motivated by also taking advantage of the weekly conference calls. Both the pre-recorded and live calls are a source of great motivation and information to grow your business!

3 Types of People GOERS

These are people that recognize the opportunity and are ready to get going now. Do not delay. Get them signed up and have them schedule their first showcase immediately. Do not let the enthusiasm get old! Go with the goers! CROCK POTS

These people are people who are interested but need a minute to gather funds or want more info. Stay in touch with them. Give them all the info they need and keep them interested. Close the deal as soon as possible. Do not let a lot of time pass between the times that you speak to touch base. CRITICS

These people know the cost of everything and the value of nothing. They will try to discredit you and your business venture. Quickly move on and do not give them any face time.

Always remember that a NO today may not be a NO tomorrow. Use email to keep up with people and collect addresses as you go. Remember when speaking with people about the company to relay why this is a good opportunity such as:

• It is new in the US and completely unsaturated.

• The products REALLY work!

• The compensation plan is unlike any other MLM they have experienced.

OBJECTIO%S: Time- People will find the time to do things they deem important. “Once you see the value in building your Ardyss business, you will make time to make the kind of money this opportunity affords you.” If you don’t have substantial cash flow you have nothing but time. You really have a priority issue because what you are currently doing is not making you the desired the income you need to accommodate your quality of life. Money- There is no where on earth that a person can start a business for $300 and maintain that business for $100-$200 a month. After meeting their first goal of 4 team members they would’ve made their initial investment back. Not a Sales Person- the Ardyss products sell themselves. Everyone cannot sell everything BUT anyone can sell something they believe in. “Once you try the products and experience the financial benefits of Ardyss, you will find it easy to sell.”

Closing the Deal Confidence is everything in closing a deal. Be assertive and don’t be afraid to ask for the sale:

• Be Excited- People buy your excitement, not just by giving out facts

• Be Passionate- It’s easy to sell what you believe in. The Body Magic REALLY WORKS! Facts tell but Stories sell!

• Be Prepared- Keep flyers on hand at all times. Always have Apps on hand to register new distributors as well.

• Be Bold- Ask for the sale. Don’t be passive. Sell people on the financial opportunity AND the image makeover.

• Push Autoship: People will get on Autoship for monthly diabetic supplies and other prescribed medications or for their monthly prescriptions but squawk at $100.00 coming out of their account to improve their personal health and well-being. Amazing! What they don’t realize is that they are already paying Autoship and it’s called the “Light Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill, etc.” try not paying those monthly and see what happens.

• Autoship-Business: If my check is greater than 200.00 per month why do I care about Autoship coming out? Keep the LeVive coming!

WEEKLY LISTS Make a list (see appendix) each week with the following columns included:

• People who may be able to host showcases for you

• People who you have already talked to and express interest for follow-up

• List of new people who you would like to talk to about the opportunity

APPLICATIO%S For a person to become a distributor with Ardyss there are 3 forms that need to be completed: (see appendix) 1) Ardyss Quick App 2) Ardyss Contract/ W-9 3) Ardyss Autoship Form A) After receiving all the proper info on the forms you will need to input the app on-line. You will do this in your Back-Office under Enroll OR Add New Distributor. Choose to customize their Power Pack. You can do the complete tutorial in Ardyss University to learn how to complete this. B) Once the app is complete on-line. Complete the bottom of the Quick app with the new distributors Login, Password and website. I usually use their First name and last initial (ie: CoraW) for login and website. I use the first 6-digits their phone number; they can change this themselves on-line later. C) W9 should be completed online from your backoffice D) Your Ardyss Credit Card application should be completed by clicking “Becoming Commission Check Qualified” D) Send New Distributor WELCOME LETTER and cc your Level 1 and Jona Stoute (see appendix) E) File and organize all paperwork for easy access F) Forward all emails and info from your up-line to the new distributor

Back Office %avigation

Ardyss has created the Back Office to help you effectively run your business. You are able to see everything from your down line viewer, to your monthly GQP and PQP numbers to track your team’s progress.

• Complete all Ardyss University tutorials within the first month of business to ensure that you have all info and tools you need to succeed.

• Review all the tabs to see the tools Ardyss gives you to monitor your business daily

• You will find your measurement charts, applications etc.

• At the bottom of your home page, you will find other videos as well as a power point presentation that can assist you in preparing for showcases

Compensation Plan Ardyss Ranks

Advisor Coordinator – 800 in monthly volume Supervisor – 2000 in monthly volume Manager A – 6000 in monthly volume Manager B – 10000 in monthly volume Director – 18000 in monthly volume President – 40000 in volume Exec President – 100000 in monthly volume Diamond President – 200000 in monthly volume Platinum President – 300000 in monthly volume There are 10 Different Ways that you are paid through Ardyss International. Making yourself familiar with these and how to calculate them will be a

great motivator for you along the way. You will find that Ardyss has the best compensation plan out of any other MLM hands down. Maximize your efforts; the rewards are well worth it! It is to your advantage to reach Supervisor level and above as fast as possible because you will then qualify for more bonuses that are only reserved for those levels. Please review the tutorial on the Compensation Plan in your Back Office.

PQP- Personal Qualifying Points All the points/dollars you generate yourself in a qualifying month. GQP- Group Qualifying Points All the point yourself and your team generate in a qualifying month

1) 40-80% profit on product sales

This is not the most lucrative but some choose to do it. As an Ardyss distributor, you have the ability to purchase all garments and products wholesale and sell them retail. Ardyss suggests a mark-up of 40%.

2) Ardyss Power Pack Bonus Every person that signs to be a part of your team with a powerpack will yield you at $80 per Power Pack

3) Express Bonus (First Order Bonus) Income is earned on the first order of a new distributor not purchasing a Power Pack, up to 30% on the VP’s; Capped at $90

4) Enroller Bonus

Income is earned at 10% of the entire Value Points of your personally enrolled distributors, this includes their autoship.

5) Unilevel Bonus

Income is earned at 5% of the entire Value Points of your Level 1 and in your Unilevel. Unilevel can be paid through deeper levels as your Rank with the company increases. You will receive 5% of the sales of each person levels 1-5. Level 6 will yield 3% per person, level 7 will yield 2% and level 8 will yield 1%.

6) Power Start Bonus Program Income is earned for maintaining personal active enrollments and a designated Group Qualified Points (GQP) for each month.

You will find the detailed Power Start Chart in the Compensation Plan (pg 14) in your Back Office (home page in bottom right hand

corner). This is very lucrative and multiplies substantially. This bonus guarantees bonuses paid when you reach the suggested monthly On-Time goals as well as when your team reaches their On-Time goals. 40% Rule You will find more info about this in the on-line Compensation Plan. Simply put, only 40% of your business can come from one arm of your business. For example: If you have 6 people and only 1 person has the bulk of your business, then you may not get all of the Power Start bonuses for that person. It is important to motivate your team and to get everyone else producing as well.

7) Generational Bonus

As a Manager B with 10k GQP you will become eligible for a generational bonus on levels 1-5. 4% for level 1 3% for level 2 & 3 2% for level 4 1% for level 5

8) Car Bonus

When you reach Supervisor rank, you become eligible for the Car Bonus which can range from $150-$800 depending upon your rank 2 consecutive months. They assume if you have reached this level that you are using your vehicle often. However, this money does not have to be used directly for car expenses.

9) Rank Bonus

When you reach Supervisor Rank, you become eligible for the Rank Bonus which can range from $100-$800 depending upon your rank.

When you reach Presidential Rank you are awarded a quarterly bonus from the Presidential Pool. This Presidential Pool divides 1.5% of the quarterly National Value Points (VP) and splits it among all qualified Presidents, Exec, Diamonds and Platinum’s. TAXES

Ardyss does not withdraw taxes from your checks. It is highly recommended that you set aside your taxes monthly when your check is received. Only your tax professional can suggest the % according to your income. This will eliminate the issue of having a very large tax bill at the end of the year. AUTOSHIP

Autoship is the only monthly requirement to maintain your Ardyss Business. It is very important that you have the funds available on the 10th of each month on the debit/credit card you provided on your application. This will ensure that you receive your compensation for which you have worked so hard.

SHOWCASES The showcases are the only way that Ardyss markets both the products and the business opportunity. This is your chance to show all of the benefits and features of Ardyss International. (see example in appendix)

• Stay motivated and have high energy the entire showcase

• Keep it short and sweet

• Stay in control of conversation during presentation-take questions at the end of the showcase when prospects are finalizing their paperwork with their distributor

• Be prepared well in advance

• Ask for help

• Invite guests at least a week in advance and do reminder calls 1 day in advance as well as the day of the event

PUTTING ON THE GARMENT Always make yourself available during showcases to observe how others fit new people into the garment. Here are a few tips for fitting the garment:

• Use humor- you are closer than most would allow you to be during this process.

• Introduce yourself to the person you are fitting

• Measuring- Use the measurement chart under FORMS in your Back Office or the Training CD Measurement Calculator. Measure both the Thorax (under breast) and the waist (level with belly button) to indicate the size garment needed

• Start with the garment inside out facing forward and then pull on from there

• Shimmy on- They should shimmy downward while you pull against them upward until the garment is on

• Redistribute and tuck fat in and to the sides while hooking

• Use either a wall or firm surface to help you get the garment on properly.

• Perfect your time. Ardyss advertises the “10 minute” transformation. It is important that you get your timing down to reflect this.

Your 1st 24 Hours

Step 1: Make a list of a 100 names. Your list is your business plan and it should contain at least 100 people. You can list either the name of the person or the circumstance in which you know the person. (Ex. Girl who works at the phone store in the mall) Sort this list and find your 4 FLAT TIRE FRIE%DS. (People who will come to your rescue within 24 hours if you were stranded. Fax or e-mail this list to your sponsor. Step 2: Contact people on your list. When you call follow the 3-step system to : SHOW, SHARE, and CLOSE.

1. SHOW - Your prospects excitement about our top of the line products. 2. SHARE – A Free Experience (In Home or Public Showcase)

%OTE: Get as many people in the garment as possible.

3. CLOSE – Sign your prospect up as a Powerpack Distributor and a Customer (ASAP).

Step 3: Sign up for Auto-Ship. You need product period. No product = No business. Plus you need to create your own testimonies. The great thing about Ardyss is you can buy wholesale and sell retail and earn immediate cash. Lead by example. Step 4: Set the date for your Showcase. Your first Showcase will occur within 24-72 hours of joining with those interested in the product or business opportunity. This will also be a training ground for your new partners. Step 5: Follow the “Platinum President in 6 months!” Strategy You do not have to re-invent the wheel when you have something that works. Your first step is to enroll, at least, 4 new active distributors your 1st Month (appx 1st 8 weeks). To be active a distributor needs to have purchased their Powerpack and signed up for Autoship (100 PQP). Key: Teaching others to do the same. Your main focus is to be On-time. (Primary Care Physicians, and other doctors/specialist not related to the back are not able to bill) My suggestion would be to either have the Dr. or DMS sign-up as distributors under you, or they cut you a check (full value plus commission) for the garments on a case-by-case basis. We are finding that if they sign-up as a distributor, sometimes Chiropractors don't want to be bothered with or don't have time to do all the measuring. So as an up-line or courtesy, when they prescribe the garment, they inform their patient that they will be getting a call from me for fitting, and then I will either have them meet me back at their doctor’s office or I will meet them at their home for a fitting. (With this option, Dr's may ask "how am I getting paid", they will get paid in two ways, 1) the insurance co. and/or the client

DMS companies are more likely to do the measuring themselves, because they have other supplies that require exact fitting, so measuring for this would not be any different. Doctor gets paid for 3 office visits prior to prescription. Distributor measures and orders the garments and gets paid by the Doctor. Insurance reimburses the doctor.
