This is the Reception module. Just divert your number to Reception and every Caller will be greeted, just as you dictate, by one of a skilled team of Teleagents.

Update your current Status in real time. If you want your Callers to know whyyou are unavailable at certain times, just change your message to suit yourself.

Only take calls that are important, but have the others handled however you choose. Apply specific instructions to every Caller in seconds using your PC, Laptop or Smart phone.

Instantly and on demand, replay the actual call. Get your messages with total accuracy.

You can use the Call Screening to relay messages to your customers or friends to save having the call re-directed to you. A massive time saver and great customer service !

This is Leadgen.

Leadgen has two functions. This is Events where a campaign can be created to call many people or companies all for the same reason. Just create the Event and your Hub Administrator will switch in the required number of Teleagents to complete the campaign very quickly at no extra cost. Set the start date and stop the campaign once the objective is achieved.

Another Leadgen function is ‘Scheduled Calls’.

These are calls made to selected people or companies for specific reasons. In this case it is for MoT and Service reminders for a Motor Dealers, but Leadgen can be configured to suit your particular business for your needs.

All of the modules have extensive search functions so you are able to findthe precise information you need instantly, and select how much of the information you need displayed. Using the searches, you are able to accurately select the customers you want in any particular campaign .

Once you have selected thetargets, then you are able toapply the required Event or Scheduled Call scheme, orremove them from an existingone. You can flag or unflag them as TPS as you choose.

From here you canLock customers, until such time as their matters havebeen dealt with.

All the modules in TCCPN are unique and Survey is no exception. From hereYou are able to set up as many Surveys as you choose. All modules can use the same data if required, so your entire customer base can benefit from allof the modules. Here we have 2 Surveys set up and ready to go.

It takes about a minute to create a new Survey then you can add the Questions.

You can create as many Questions as you need, and as many Answers as necessary.

Here we have Question 2 being created with 4 possible Answers. You can apply Scores and Weightings to provide accurate results that really mean something !

The results are displayed even while the Survey is taking place . They can be filtered by the multiple filter facilities above the results display table. This unique feature allows you to home in on the specific records of importanceVery quickly indeed. Individual details and Call Recordings are available by clicking on the individual icons here.

The individual results are displayed here and the Call Recordingaccessed from this button. Your are able to editthe record from this screen and set or adjust Call Back dates.

Once again, note the colour change as we move onto Appointments.

All CCPN modules follow the same theme, each module operates very much the same. Here there is a Campaign set up called Training Appointments.

The button on the right allows you to select the particular RepresentativesThat will benefit from this campaign. Once again it is possible to start and stop as you need. You may to run as many different Campaigns as you need.

The Appointments made can be searched for on several criteria. This is forTraining Appointments for Appointments between 22/3 and 22/4, for a representativecalled Stuart Graves and a postcode commencing with TN for visits only.

Here we selected the Appointment to visit Eric Winters , and the full details are displayed. Representatives are able to access the records from their ownlog in. The Call Recording is accessed from this icon.

Finally we come to the Administration module. From here you can see your greeting for Reception, your diversion numbers and with the appropriate permissions edit various items in your Business.

There is much more to The CCP Network but we hope this short overview demonstrates the speed, power and flexibility of this unique product aimed at streamlining the marketing, communicationscustomer services of all types of companies across the entire spectrum of business sectors.

As a Client, you are able to choose and use as many teleagents to work on your campaigns as you need. Just imagine carrying out a Survey on 2000 customers or prospects.
