超大型街廓MEGA BLOCK 標誌著城市的構成空間, 是否真的有效的處理現實機能配置, 處理人在都市生活中的效率問題?大型及長型街廓引伸了一些影響生活效率問題, 例如, 距離使交通的不便。因為這樣, 人要到達目的地必須要使用一樣或以上的交通工具。 Space to label as a “City”, Mega Block.Could it be truely process the plan of those “function”, eventhough the living efficient problem?thus, “Mega Block”extend the affecting living efficient problem, for instance, distance cause the inconvenience of transportation.
超大型街廓MEGA BLOCK 我們看到的是孤立, 分離的街道鄰里在社會上容易造成孤立無援。這些自我孤立的街道的經濟效果是同樣緊縮的。街上的人們, 還有相鄰街道的人們, 只有在他們細長, 分離的路徑交會成一股人潮時, 才能夠形成一個具有經濟效果的池聚。It known as individual, separation by formation of “Mega Block” to urban. As this kind of isolated street also causing the atrophy of commercial.
小型街廓SMALL BLOCK 假設, 這些很長的東西向街廓中間有一些額外的街道穿過, 而不是那種超大街廓計劃(Mega Block projects)的貧乏無趣的步道, 而是事情得以開展和成長的經濟活躍地點, 有建築物的那一種街道: 人們可以買東西, 吃飯, 逛街等商業活動等等。Assume that the long street from the Mega Block inserted an extra road, it is not like the path of Mega Block Projects. This space grown as a commercial activities, such as shopping, dinning, etc commercial activities.
目的描述ABSTRACT 目前都市機能分配不均，導致各街廓組合後的使用效率大幅下降，因此重新訂定組織城市街廓規則，定義出新的參數，藉由電腦演算出有效率的街廓形式組合，再由有效率街廓組合成有效率之都市。In the present situation, the un-averaged of the urban function distribution, causing the combination of function efficient decreased. However, we try to Re-Define the rule of city organization. Define new parameters, by using “Processing” to calibrate the block combination.

Conclusion:As the city which is parametric by our Re-Define. There might be some of benefit will be appeared. Such as the block can be efficient connection between commercial and working area.All of the function of the city can be accurate calibrate the conbination between each other.對於我們定義的參數化城市, 可以使各種不同機能街廓做出快速, 並有效率之連結, 商業上, 工作效率, 學校與住宅有效配比, 政府管理。

THE MEGA CITY構成大都會
Connect all the perfoming space via MRT system利用高雄的捷運系統串連整個高雄市的藝文空間
南部的藝文人口尚在萌芽, 近年來包括衛武營國家劇院, 大東文化藝術中心, 高雄流行音樂中心等大型的藝文場館陸續要興建與落成, 再加上原有的表演廳, 高雄的藝文場館席位將會有四萬三千席, 可望躍居全國之冠.
世界各大都會, 如香港, 紐約等等, 這些都會終都會存在著一系列的藝文或文化所構成的空間, 以高雄目前來說, 隨著現在開始有一些藝文團體的進駐, 取得構成大都會的機會. 身處二十一世紀, 大部分都市人生活在高樓林立的空間下, 卻忘了開放空間的重要性, 開放空間提供了活動, 文化, 創造, 生活的各種可能. 高雄”打狗驛”這個被歷史喚醒的空間將變成為大眾服務的重要藝文空間. 所以我們以--------為大眾使用的公共開放空間與藝文展演空間為設計重點.In every metropolis, like Hong Kong or New York, around the wold, there are usually some performing or public spaces for art and culture activities.

EXPER Studio這是我一第次參加競圖的案子，首先我們是以三人組成一個Team，並且於第一階段順利通過評選，在第二階段時，我們至高雄參加當場的評選，也增加我們不同的合作經驗，也因此更對於設計的熱情更是大幅提升，

CONCEPTUAL DIAGRAM
Split Offset Addition Scale鐵道是用來串連兩點的關係，我們利用原有的鐵路系統來發展我們的動線規劃以分裂 偏移 增加 放大縮小創造空間。引入商業空間, 藝文展場。
Remain-block保留原有的空間, 如:車站,月台, 倉庫等等。轉換成商業空間, 如:創意市集咖啡廳, 街頭藝術表演。
MRT
Circulation以捷運西子灣站結合成入口, 重設電車以運載民眾遊覽。電車配合展覽內容與節慶日行駛,例如:活動電車舞台。
Green綠地保留, 結合平台, 轉化為市集與人行道,藉由部分碎化的鐵道與地景融為一體,形成新與舊的交疊。
