Nocturnal perception can be precisely regulated – during darkness, directed lighting of surfaces and volumes can create defined space.

The products offered in our “Architectural Lighting” business area can be applied to precisely control the chromaticity, direction and intensity of the light. The series uses the principle advantages of LED techno-logy: Long service life, low energy consumption, dynamic and flexible possibilities of light control.

The design follows the basic requirements of technology and heat management. The products remain dis-creetly in the wings while their effect is displayed in the limelight at night.

ewo Portfolioewo develops and produces high-quality lighting systems for public areas. One of the decisive criteria in this regard: Energy consumption. We have developed a highly efficient LED lighting unit, which signifi-cantly reduces the average level of energy consumption – this is thanks to its modularity, which can be ideally applied in both pedestrian pavement lighting and in high mast systems at airports. The five business areas of ewo: “ewoIndividual” provides lighting systems that fulfil individual requirements – unique light solutions jointly developed by architects and light designers. “Large Area Lighting” particularly focuses on high mast systems designed to illuminate wide open spaces. The “Outdoor Lighting” business area includes lighting systems for outdoor areas on a smaller scale: Roads, squares, pathways, parks… “Architectural Lighting” concentrates on the directed lighting of specific areas and volumes. The products themselves remain discreetly in the wings while their effect is displayed in the limelight at night. The “Urban Furniture” business area includes lighting and furniture objects designed for the urban environment. From bollard lamps to bike stands and benches – objects that make towns and inner cities sustainably more attractive and liveable.
