MIKEY AND ADDIEA fast-paced, funny and emotional talethat looks at the difficulties of growingup.

It's hard to tell when your life willchange. Hard to spot that moment, thatday where you wake up normal, but endup falling far from everything you've everknown. Today is that day.

Mikey is 10. A sunny boy. He lives alone with his mum. Mikey's mum has a secret. Itis not well kept. Everyone knows it. Everyone except for Mikey.

Addie is a good girl. She doesn't tell lies. Her father makes sure of that. Addie tellsthe truth. It's what you have to do. Isn't it?

Mikey and Addie is a highly visual piece of storytelling aimed at children from theage of nine. It asks how do you work out who you are when everything around youis changing?

Mikey and Addie is commissioned by the London 2012 Festival.
