Garden News
Our school garden continues to be a popular spot during lunch recess. The students enjoy watering
the emerging plants and they will be snacking on radishes in the coming weeks. The warm weather
will allow us to fill the rest of the beds with crops for summer and fall harvest.
There is a fun free event at The Depot this weekend.
The Art of Gardening 10 to 4 Saturday and 10 to 3 Sunday.
Find our booth where children can glue seeds to paper towels to bring home and plant.
If your child would be interested in helping out for a shift, contact Martha Harper,
There will be plants for sale and useful gardening information. Also a wonderful Bonsai display. We
would love to have our school families come to say hello.
Enjoy the sunshine!
