LETTER OF APPOINTMENT Dear Mr. Ali Raza Khan We are pleased to appoint you as a Assistant Manager Engineering / Electrical Supervisor with effort from 1 st Aug 2015 subject to the following terms and conditions:- 1. Salary: You will be paid a consolidate salary of 25,000/-per month & residence without allowance. After 3months we will increase your salary with respect to your performance. 2. Employment: Your employment in our organization is on permanent basis. 3. Working Hours/Days: As notified by the company from time to time. 4. Termination of Employment: a) Your employment can be terminated by either side without assigning any reason, by giving 15 days’ notice or payment of 15 days salary in lieu of notice. b) All company properties, i.e documents/ literature, articles, sample equipment, identity card etc should be returned to company immediately on termination of employment. 5. Public Holidays: As announced by the company as per Government Gazette.

6. Leave: 12 casual, 6 sick leave per calendar year. Sick leave for more than 2 days will required to be supported with Medical Certificate by a Registered Medical Practitioner. Casual is considered to meet any serious personal difficulty and cannot be added/ joined with any type of leave.

7. Transfer: Can be transferred in any department/location or anywhere in Pakistan

8. Change in your address: To be notified to the company immediately

9. Confidential Information: You will not disclose any RNK trading and contracting Co. Secret/ confidential information which you many acquired during your employment with the company,to any one or publish in shape of book or article except with prior consent in writing from the company.

10. Miscellaneous Employment Rules:a) All communication sent/posted by the company at your last available address in RNK

Trading and Contraction Co. record should be deemed to have been served.

b) All or any condition above can be modified, replace or withdraw by the company, at any time at its sole direction.

This letter of appointment shall take effect and will be valid only when the second copy hereof is sent to the company dully signed by you in confirmation of acceptance of above terms and condition.
