TERMS OF BOOKING Whereas LDA City Development partners (LDACDP) is a registered Partnership firm comprising of the following entities / firms /

Companies as its partners: (1) M/s Paragon City (Pvt.) Ltd., (2) M/s Urban Developers, (3) M/s Maymar Housing Services (Pvt.) Ltd. and (4) M/s Alfa Estate. The afore mentioned partners of LDACDP vide Agreement dated September 28, 2013 executed with LDA were duly authorized to procure land for establishment of the LDA City in lieu of residential plots of various sizes in the LDA City and that, LDACDP is authorized to sell these plot files accrued against said procurement for LDA. I ______________________ hereby, accept

to book the file in advance on the following Terms and Conditions.

1. That the LDACDP will get the LDA file issued in my name within __________ days of issuance of this Transitory Letter of the Firm.2. That I shall only be entitled to get Allocation Letter of and to get the plot file transferred in my favor upon payment of the entire amount

/ dues payable to LDACDP as determined by LDA or LDACDP and Rs.5,000 that are to be remitted to LDA as their subscription charges besides all government taxes, stamp duty, sales tax, CVT etc. if any as in vogue.

3. That the Application / Booking Form receipt and this Transitory Intimation / Allocation Letter issued there upon, will be surrendered in original in case of (i) Change of name (ii) when the LDA City files are issued against the Transitory Allocation Letter provided by the LDACDP.

4. That for this file 50% of the development charges as determined by the LDA shall be payable by me in installments spread over 2 years from the date of release OR in lump sum upon delivery / possession. I further undertake that I shall abide by all the rules and regulations of LDA as in vogue and / or issued from time to time.

5. If I opt to buy this file on installments, I undertake to pay my installments on due date. In case of default by me, I will pay 2% surcharge per month against every installments.

6. Booking will stand cancelled, if any installment is delayed by 60 days.7. In case any buyer defaults / desires to cancel the booking / allotment of the plot and get the refund of amount deposited towards the cost

the amount shall be refunded after re-booking / completion of project and deduction of 15% of the total price as services charges.8. I understand that, if I fail to comply with the Terms & Conditions, my booking / file / plot is liable to cancelation. I have read and
