APAMO Volunteer / Intern
Guidelines
Introduction
The Association of Protected Areas Management Organizations is continuously growing in its
organizational structure as it better prepares itself to deliver its mission and serve its community.
This imminent growth is accompanied by a diversified approach to addressing the needs of
protected areas management, inclusive of its many disciplines and sectors. This provides an
attractive enabling environment for volunteerism through APAMO and creates endless
opportunities for mutually beneficial relationships between APAMO and volunteers. Volunteer
activities are open to anyone who wishes to contribute to further the mission of APAMO.
